Hotel style breakfast. No rush.
Who doesn’t like breakfast that’s prepared by someone else? I love it, and I’m thankful to people who do it for the guests every day.
This was what I started with. Why fruits? Not only because it’s healthy and good. I just couldn’t resist seeing all the summer colors. When at home, we need to do all the work by ourselves. Washing, peeling, cutting for the kids, it takes a lot of time. By the time I make their plates I’m already tired or lazy:-) Here, it’s all prepared and ready to be eaten, so that’s my chance to enjoy the fruits as much as I want🍉.
This was an interesting exposition of olive oil bottles right in front of the entrance to the cafeteria.
Ready for the colors? Here we go. Veggies, fruits all as we like.
Beautiful bowls for fruits or oatmeal.
Smoked meat products. We skipped on that and got salmon instead.
Cheese cubes. I took a few cubes to just try it.
Pastries!!! Me and my kids love pastries. I’m lucky that I can eat a few of them without any guilt. I don’t do it often only when there is such a big variety of them. They are tiny so we could try a few without getting too full:-)
Omelette with spinach and smoked salmon is a pretty tasty and filling breakfast;-)
It’s funny but the kids usually try to eat something that we don’t have at home, so this time it was fruit loops and sweet cornflakes with milk. (They eat cereal at home but it’s more plain like Cheerios or bran flakes, sometimes oatmeal. I didn’t take photos of their bowls though.
You might’ve noticed that the tables are different here. It’s because these photos are from our two mornings/breakfasts we had at the hotel.
