The history of the graphic arts goes back to the renaissance era where they mainly made flyers, which in turn went on to typography, typographic printing and several others. After that, everything that was made was passed to the newspapers that were made with a rubber material where they carved the writings for that time and from there it was printed and traveled all over the streets of Italy.
La historia de las artes gráficas se remontan en la época del renacimiento donde hacían principalmente volantes, que pasaron a su ves a a la tipografía,la impresión tipografica y más varias. Después se hizo todo lo que es pasaron a los periódicos eso se hacía con un material de goma dónde tallaban las escrituras para esa épocas y de ahí se imprimía y recorría todas las calles de Italia.

Later, as the years went by, they realized that graphics could be used in different materials such as aluminum and copper sheets, wood, stones and fabrics. In order to bring this type of "new" ways of printing, different materials such as metals, acid, among others, are used.
Después al pasar los años se dieron cuenta que la gráfica se puede llevar a diversos materiales como lo son la láminas de alumio y cobre, madera, piedras y telas. Para llevar ese tipo de "nuevas" maneras de imprimir se usan diversos materiales como metales, ácido entre más.

At this point, the graphic art ceased to be something utilitarian since it expanded for the artists of those times who used it as a method of expression such as paintings.
Ya para este punto la gráfica dejo de ser algo utilitario ya que se expandió para los artistas de esas épocas que lo usaron como método de expresión como por ejemplo la pinturas.

People who do not know well this branch of the plastic arts think that we recreate or make a work and print it and it is not like that. Something that we have in common are the sketches, ideas but the way of expressing it was not on a canvas and even less on a wall.
Las personas que no conocen bien este rama de las artes plásticas piensan que recreamos o hacemos una obra y la imprimimos y no es así. Algo que tenemos en común son los bocetos, ideas pero la manera de expresarlo no era sobre una tela ni menos sobre una paredes

Nowadays we graphic artists are in charge of various mass prints to sell (serigraphy) of high and low relief carvings that are used more to show it in art exhibitions.
Hoy en día los artistas gráficos estamos encargamos de diversos estampados a gran masa para vender (serigrafía) de tallado de alto y bajo relieve que se usan más para mostrarlo en exposiciones artísticas.

The greatest Venezuelan artists have passed the minimum graphic that helps to give new vision for our own artistic language. My point more than being simple printers is to show the arduous work of even having a good quality of a matrix in any technique.
Los mayores artistas venezolano mínimo pasaron la gráfica eso ayuda a dar nueva visión para nuestro propio lenguaje artístico. Mi punto más que ser que impresores simples es dar a ver el arduo trabajo de aún que sea tener una buena calidad de una matriz sea en la técnica que sea.

To have a good matrix we need the ideal material for the technique and the instruments that will allow us to intervene in it either with gouge or grease pencil.
Para tener una buena matriz se necesita el material ideal para la técnica y los instrumentos que nos permitirán intervenir en el ya sea con gubia o lápiz graso.

We artists cannot have our own simple work area like those of painting we need our presses, octopuses and so on. To be able to achieve this type of art many things are needed that today are difficult but for the love of this branch we do whatever it takes.
Los artistas no podemos tener nuestro propio área de trabajo simple como los de pintura necesitamos nuestras prensas, pulpos y demás. Para poder lograr este tipo de arte se necesitan muchas cosas que al día de hoy son difíciles pero por amor a esta rama se hace lo que sea.

I hope that this post is to your total liking and if it is history of the arts but that gives more value to each work I do is the carving in wood and stone.

Wow Increíble todo el proceso que conlleva realizar cada obra en diferentes materiales, pensaba que para el tipo de serigrafia la técnica era mas facil dependiendo del tipo de relieve o estampado que se debe aplicar , pero veo que existe un trasfondo en los diferentes procesos, interesante todo eso, me encanto gracias por dar ese detalle sobre las artes graficas, éxitos y bendiciones 😘😎
