Approaching Eid, it has become a custom and tradition for us Indonesians to shop for new clothes to wear on Eid day so that we can welcome Eid with hearts full of happiness. Not shopping for new clothes or clothes feels incomplete to welcome that special day.

Today I want to accompany my two sisters to shop for new clothes at a clothing store in the city where we live. The first clothing store we visited was Toko Istiqamah, from the outside this shop looks ordinary and doesn't have a special impression, but my sister said inside it sells a variety of nice clothes and she really wants to buy and most importantly what makes us I want to go to this shop because this is one of the clothing stores that sell high quality clothes at low prices.

It didn't take long for us to go inside to see the clothes and clothes being sold in this shop, after entering I was immediately amazed, inside I saw lots of women's clothes with various models and nice motifs that were neatly displayed.

At the front of the entrance I see, here they display various children's clothes ranging from shoes, pants, clothes to headscarves, everything I see here looks very beautiful and amazes me. This is really good stuff and very suitable for kids aged 7-10 years.

The price for these children's shoes is also very cheap, which is priced at $ 7 USD, for clothes $ 8 USD and for these children's pants are sold for $ 7 USD as well. Ok, now I continue to go inside to accompany my sister to choose clothes.

Here I see long skirts with various colors and patterns that are hung on hangers very neatly, from the seller here I was told they are selling this long skirt for $ 9 USD.

Then I saw here that there were women's clothes hanging on hangers too, even though I'm a man but I like it a little when I see the color and model of the brown shirt in front of me, the floral motifs are very pleasing to the eye, for all the clothes in front of my eyes in the price tag is $10 USD.

Then at the top of the shelf I also saw that there were several bags on display, those bags were quite expensive, around $12 USD. The more I explore this shop, it feels like the clothes on display here look more beautiful and better.

In this section I see lots of models of women's clothes with various colors displayed neatly, while watching my sister choose clothes I am now taking some pictures for me to share here with my friends, the clothes in front of me are all for sale for $15USD.

My sister said she was very interested in the white shirt in front of me, and when she found out the price was very cheap she immediately bought it. Then here I also see a blue shirt that is no less beautiful than the other clothes, this blue shirt costs the same, which is $ 15 USD.

Besides clothes, here they also sell floor rugs made of foam covered with thick, very soft cloth, these rugs are sold here for $30 USD. And after looking at the corner of this shop, it turns out that they also sell men's clothes here. On average, men's clothes are sold here at a price tag of $ 10- $ 25 USD.

On this long shelf I saw they also sell men's jeans which are neatly arranged, according to a source from the seller these jeans are priced at $ 18 USD, at the top of the shelf I also see various women's bags that are sold for $ 20 USD.

These are probably some of the special quality bags that are sold in this shop, these luxury bags are placed in glass cabinets in various styles and colors, these bags are sold a little more expensive which is around $20-$40 USD.

Apart from clothing, they also sell bags, shoes, sandals and women's accessories, the prices are also very cheap, around $7-$12 USD. Ok, after seeing the various items sold at this shop, now is the time for me to pay for the items that my two sisters want.

I paid $68 USD for all of my sisters' groceries. This includes a low total price because my two sisters bought several different items in this shop.

Happy Eid! It looks like you will be ready for the celebration. The clothes in that shop looked wonderful! The long skirts really caught my eye! How nice that you got to look around and see what you liked. I am sure that your sisters are very happy!

Thank you for joining in and taking us along! We had a great time!

#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world.

#MarketFriday loves you!
