How to cook your rice, the first stage

Stage 1, if you want to cook your rice, you will have to fetch water, I mean enough water after fetching the water, you will now put the quantity of the rice in which you want to mile in a big bole.

Stage 2, you will now put enough water in to a big bole and wash the rice carefully to make it clean and free from the Sand it's all depends on how the rice is dirt if it's too much dirty.

then you will have to change the water and bring another water and wash it again after washing it, you will now set firewoods and put a pot or drum on top of the fire, it's all depends on the quantity of rice you want to cook.

You now carry the rice and put in side the pot or drum as I earlier said and pour water until it is full, once it is full you will now increase the fire.

Until you see a sign of boiling when you see the sign from there, you will now remove the firewoods and quench it completely and leave it for about 12hours.

After the 12hours you will remove the rice from the pot in other to change the water after changing the water, you will now pour a bucket of water inside the drum or pot and set the fire.

After setting the fire under the drum, you will now carry the rice and pour inside the drum and increase fire woods to enable the water evaporation comes up after you see that the water is been boil,

You now withdraw the firewoods to avoid over done, after which you will now arrange your ta polling and move your rice from the drum and pour it on ta polling for drying.

At this stage, you will have to make use of a stick to be turning the rice for at least 20 to 30 minutes for the whole day although it's depends on the sun shine.

After drying it very well you now take it to engine for milling for final stage in here the engine will Mile your rice that is to separate the rice chaff and gives you the much needed for final consumption.
