Administrative office work

Stage1, in here I will like to explain to you how an administrator carryout his/her duties and control individuals in an organization.

I'm an administrator serving in a big hospital,my unit is open/secret registry office, I was made to know how to handle all the staff files in the organization, now in this Open/secret registry office we have different departments in which all the staff files are been arranged accordingly.

Which we have personal files, secret files, ADM files, now what do I mean by personal files, personal files are those files by which the organization open for all it's staff to help communication and to maintain records for reference purpose.

Now this personal files, as an administrator we do received mails from the staff who want to embark on leave such as, Annual leave, study leave, maternity leave, and terminal leave.

As an admin you receive this mails and record it in the staff personal file and send it to the appropriate head for the approval.

Secret files, this files also belong to the entire staff of such organization but this files, it's doesn't carry staff name's at the back of the hardcover but only inside that is why it is call secret files.

now this secret files we only make use of it only when a staff of the organization is seeking for promotion or he/she is due for promotion and as well as retirement stage that Is when the secret files will be made available for use.

The (ADM) mean Agency department and management files, this are the files of different agencies in conjunction with the organization/hospital like where I'm serving, each and every agency in the state has it own files in this noble hospital to help each other when the need arise.

now what do I mean by need arise, when the organization/hospital need assistance from any of this agency they make use of those files to communicate with the agency.

And as well as the agency in need of this hospital, it is through the files they both communicate. Thanks for taking out your time to read out my administrative work experience.
