Hello Everyone

So excited to welcome Friday as #fungifriday continues. And here My contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw .
Galerina Marginata is a fungus that is small and rust-colored or brownish. This fungus is common on dead trees or rotten wood. First, the caps roll up, and then they curl outward as they mature and flatten. It looks so beautiful when the trophy is wide open, which makes the mushroom perfect. The gills of the Galerina marginata fungus are very dense and have an overall rusty orange color when the spores are ripe.

Fungi have adapted to change over the last billions of years. Thus, fungi have genes that can respond to different challenges. In fact, nature is very complete because nature has offered solutions for thousands of years. So we just have to learn what solutions nature has to offer. And we know that fungi have strong benefits for human needs, so we need to take care of the ecosystem so that it does not become extinct.

I was waiting one day for this fungus to grow. I thought this was an opportunity to photograph the fungus sticking to rotting wood. Interestingly, these mushrooms vary in size. But some are still in the form of babies and have to wait the next day to develop. I think this fungus can survive for two days if it has enough food and no direct sunlight.

I think this mushroom is not edible. I have not found a research article about the fungus. hope it's not toxic.
