In addition to knowing their capabilities, children should know the prevention of health, achieving equity between the latter two, as it is very important their physical training and thus go sowing the good habit of physical activity throughout life.

Studying part of what physical education is, it can be concluded that it is part of the integral formation of the human being: It provides us with motor, physical education, and relational lucidity, thus strengthening our relationship with ourselves and with other people.

Physical education in preschool education.

The children to develop corporeally need to exercise, sell obstacles, jumping, running, pushing, dodging, rolling, falling and balancing ... All this to strengthen their self-confidence.

Physical education gives them all these exercises, since its activities serve as a basis for forging the integral formation of children. In the smallest children, the game is taken as the main base, this helps them to evolve with the motor, corporal and affective development.

If, for example, there is no adequate space to start with the games, or simply the bad weather does not allow them to be performed outdoors, the teacher or professor has to plan in advance these activities and thus continue with the practices in the children in a basic way but without losing the opportunities.

Benefits to be built: skills, drills, and many games for children to exercise in all areas and aspects.

For this and more, children should start these practices and skills from an early age because learning this, in the future, will prevent them from any sedentary problem and will have a good physical health.

What is the role of the physical education teacher?

He/she will be the person in charge of guiding the children with the motor actions and will be the one to observe these movements in the children.

The fundamental characteristics of the class will have these criteria:

-Individuality: this will make each child seek for himself the solution when he presents a problem.
-Sociabilization: this will make sharing and trust with other children in the class.
-Functionality: this will help children manifest themselves in the motor, affective and cognitive domains.
Classroom activities should be:
-Varied: monotony bores children.
-Autonomous: if the child wants to do things he/she has done before, he/she can do them.
-Meaningful: the activities must be attractive and entertaining.
-Prudent: they must be in a safe environment.

It is also necessary that the teacher takes these parameters in the physical development of the child in carrying out the activities:
-Bones: large tractions, having violent shocks to the extremities and tractions to the children's wrists can be avoided.
-Muscles: The teacher to perform the physical activity in a global way and thus avoid injuries in other parts of the body.
-Endocrine system: The teacher should avoid sudden changes in temperature, such as too much time exposed to the sun and too much effort without rest.
-Joints: In order not to lose it over the years and time, flexibility should be constantly practiced.
-Cardiovascular and Pulmonary system: The activities to be performed should stimulate circulation with pauses and intervals.
-Nervous System: Physical activity has a positive impact on the nervous system network, that is why we must create the basis in coordinated movements and thus strengthen our nervous system.
-Digestive system: Physical activity after eating should be avoided as it produces fatigue, and always be aware of the child's hydration.

As a conclusion it is important to highlight that the activities that the teacher will provide, undoubtedly help to build children's engines and seek the way out in solving problems that are presented to children.
