Hello friends I hope you are all very well. When we watch the news today we can find the material to imagine a dystopian future in 1 out of 3 segments, things like AI, Climate change, Corporations, the refinement of government authoritarianism with the help of technology, viruses and more can be terrifying. Some like AI or Biotech have the potential to make a better world, but in the wrong hands they can be the tool for much evil... our generation has access to more information than any previous generation and therefore also more things that can worry us about the future.

However we have a pretty good method of catharsis too, humor... I can't do anything to alleviate those who worry about living in a dystopia, but at least we can have a good laugh about the prospect.

For decades science fiction has posited it, and scientists have speculated about a future where humans would enhance their bodies with high-tech implants, but when Elon Musk announced Neuralink, everyone started thinking about what that would look like today... and the memes exploded.

Social networks and the censorship of independent thought.

We are currently at a historical crossroads and the debate roars about freedom of expression in social networks, the ability to say what you think clashes with the idea that some people are so perverse that they should not have a voice, I will not go much into the controversy, but if I can say that at least the memes are good.
