Nutella biscuits

You will need;

250 g flour
75 g granulated sugar
2 eggs 1
packet of vanilla
small jar with vanilla
50 g butter t
half a sachet of baking powder
300 g Nutella

Procedure:

On a baking board: beat the flour, the eggs and work them with a fork.
Add the sugar, the vanilla, the softened butter in small pieces and the baking powder.
Knead into a soft dough, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for one hour.

Remove from the fridge, divide the dough into two halves, roll them out with the same size (directly on the parchment paper), spread one half with Nutella (leaving a border), cover with the other half.
Seal the edges with a fork, follow the illustrations, shape longer than wide as it will spread out a lot during baking.

Bake at 180 degrees until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven, leave to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
