Hello my friends of this community, I am happy to be able to share today a wonderful and very easy to make recipe and I know you will love to share, without more to say let's begin.
Ingredientes:
- 1 Kg Harina de Trigo
- 4 Cda Mantequilla
- 1 Huevo 300
- ½ Cda Sal
- 1/2 Tza Azúcar
- 1 1/2 Tza Leche
- 1 Cda Levadura
- 500 gr Papelón rallado
Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Wheat Flour
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg 300
- ½ Tbsp Salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tbsp Yeast
- 500 gr Grated paperboard
Preparación:
Paso 1: Preparar el fermento, agregar la harina de trigo ya tamizada sal, mezclar para que no haga contacto con el fermento. Agregar azúcar, mantequilla, huevo, fermento y la leche
mezclar hasta tener una masa suave y compacta para luego amasar
durante mínimo 15 min.
Paso 2: Proceder a estirar la masa con un rodillo en forma
rectangular, untar con mantequilla, rociar con azúcar, canela , enrollar y proceder a cortar iniciando desde el centro hacia los laterales alternamente, piezas no mayor a 2cm. Colocar en la bandeja dejar reposar hasta que doblen su volumen y llevar al horno que debe estar precalentado y hornear a 180ªC por 25 min.
