(ESP/ENG) Cómo afronto el resfriado común, las alergias la gripe.
Saludos mis queridos amigos de @Maternidad, es un privilegio para mí poder compartir una vez más un nuevo tema y contar mis experiencias como mamá. El tema que quiero exponer hoy es sobre mis técnicas para enfrentar esos terribles y temidos resfriados de nuestros pequeños, que siempre nos arrugan el corazón al verlos tan débiles por algún virus.

The topic I want to expose today is about my techniques to face those terrible and dreaded colds of our little ones, which always wrinkles our hearts seeing them so weak because of some virus.
Alergias y resfriados: Estos son comúnmente producidos por sustancias extrañas, cambios de clima, o por estar en contacto con una persona enferma; por lo que lo enfrento con una dosis de antialérgico suelo usar (desloratadina) muy efectiva en estos casos, por supuesto la dosis depende del peso y la edad de tu bebé por lo que si ya has consultado al médico recientemente sabrás la cantidad. Suele ser una toma a las 7 de la noche.
Allergies and colds: these are commonly produced by foreign substances, weather changes, or by being in contact with a sick person; so I face it with a dose of antiallergic I usually use (desloratadine) very effective in these cases, of course the dose depends on the weight and age of your baby so if you have already consulted the doctor recently you will know the amount. It is usually one dose at 7 o'clock in the evening.
Gripe con fiebre: En este caso, se diferencia cuando es una gripe de un resfriado común porque hay fiebre, cuando noto mucha mucosidad en Saori uso directamente un antigripal, y dependiendo de cómo esté su tos uso un expectorante, durante una semana este tratamiento le calma la tos y le ayuda a expulsar todo lo que no puede expulsar por sí misma, en estos casos uso un expectorante económico y eficaz. Cuando está un poco resfriada, el paracetamol pediátrico es lo que suele recomendar su pediatra y es lo que uso cada 6 u 8 horas que está teniendo temperaturas corporales altas.

Infecciones: Este es uno de los casos más lamentables y el que muchas veces como madres nos fustigamos con nuestros pensamientos preguntándonos ¿qué hemos hecho mal? Pues bien, a mí me pasó en dos ocasiones, la primera vez tuve que nebulizar a mi hija y mi corazón se rompió en mil pedazos, mucho después de esto, le dio otra gripe que no traté adecuadamente y los expectorantes no funcionaron por lo que el médico le recetó antibióticos, gracias a Dios no hubo necesidad de nebulizar.

Durante la pandemia fue complicado mantener las revisiones con el pediatra, así que busqué recetas anteriores y lo seguí al pie de la letra cuando mi hijo presentaba un resfriado y lo que he aprendido durante estas batallas es:
- Si veo a mi hija con algún moquillo por una alergia o resfriado empiezo su tratamiento con antialérgicos 😪.
- En caso de que la gripe se haya desarrollado con más fuerza inmediatamente hago lo necesario para comprar un expectorante y empezarle el tratamiento religiosamente 😣.
- No esperar a que tenga fiebre para darle paracetamol 🤒.
- No darle ningún tipo de receta casera porque no es recomendable cuando son tan pequeños.😶
- Cuidar de ella y de su tratamiento para que no desarrolle una infección. (Gracias a Dios ya no me ha pasado). 😷
- La experiencia nos enseña y nos prepara para no cometer los mismos errores. 😔
- Por mucho que les cuidemos siempre quieren jugar con niños que tienen gripe 🤧.
