Modifying requirements for guild participation
I am seriously considering making the use of one's hive account a requirement to stay in our guild.
This was prompted by my previous stats post. But not because of the few feedbacks I received on it, but because of the increasing recognition by silent supporters who repeatedly vote or reblog my posts.
By using Hive, the organizing of our e-sports does not disappear in one of the many Discord servers, nor is it necessary to register elsewhere. Yes, Discord is usable in this regard without many prerequisites. Onboarding is definitely easier than activating your own Hive account - for those who haven't done that yet. However, Discord is and remains social media, which devours attention and does not also open up recognition like Hive is doing, which in turn can be invested in one's own playing.
Most recently I bought a couple of Riftwatchers packs from this recognition. And I suspect this potential is simply known to too few. And also my Hive Power is growing considerably alongside, so that it is more and more possible for me to give recognition - although my account may still belong to the plankton for a long time. Without activity no change. And those who make this possible by means of Hive Power, including Hive Engine and Co, I want to explicitly acknowledge with my words and deeds!
So why not make it a requirement to utilize your own hive account to be able to be in our open guild?
Editing drafts together
Another idea I have is an account at HackMD.io also for each player account. There you can not chat or easily notify, but there I sort out our activities week by week. And whoever participates there can support my work directly and immediately. For example, everyone could enter their own results instead of me doing these tasks alone every week. I already have an idea, how this could work, without everyone even having to register. Namely by means of an open document. But I guess if no one starts to do this on their own, some kind of incentive will help. So why not use HackMD instead of Discord? (I hope HackMD works well with cell phones. Does it?)
So much for the social media part of knowing from each other in the guild and being in contact. I'm actually interested in what you think about it! Without feedback, I am left to find improvement alone.
Improvement of Splinterlands
While I am now dealing with all this again, one thing has become clear again, which is related to an improvement of the result display: The display of "Battles entered". In the meantime I have written a proposal and hope it will be voted and seen:

The Battle
About improvement I write again in the next post. Now it should be enough here and there is still the battle, which is too good not to share! It is a battle that took place near the end of the 111th brawl: a league battle against @TEARYEYEDSOLDIER with bloodlust in every single round. Verändern von Voraussetzungen für Gilden-Teilnahme
Ich denke ernsthaft darüber nach, um in unserer Gilde bleiben zu können, die Nutzung des eigenen Hive-Accounts zur Bedingung zu machen.
Anlass dazu gab mein vorheriger Statistik-Beitrag. Doch nicht aufgrund der wenigen Rückmeldungen, die ich darauf erhielt, sondern aufgrund der zunehmenden Anerkennung durch stille Unterstützer, die wiederholt meine Beiträge voten oder rebloggen.
Durch die Nutzung von Hive verschwindet die Organisation unseres E-Sports damit weder in einem der vielen Discord-Server, noch ist es dabei nötig, sich noch anderswo aufwändig zu registrieren. Ja, Discord ist in dieser Hinsicht ohne viele Voraussetzungen nutzbar. Das Onboarding ist definitiv einfacher, als den eigenen Hive-Account zu aktivieren - wer das noch nicht getan hat. Doch auch Discord ist und bleibt Social Media, das Aufmerksamkeit verschlingt und eben nicht auch Anerkennung eröffnet, wie Hive das macht, die sich wiederum ins eigene Spiel investieren lässt.
Zuletzt kaufte ich ein paar Riftwatchers-Packs von dieser Anerkennung. Und ich vermute dieses Potential ist schlicht zu wenigen bekannt. Und auch mein Hive Power wächst nebenher erheblich, so dass mir mehr und mehr möglich ist, Anerkennung zu geben - wenngleich mein Konto vielleicht noch lange zum Plankton gehört. Ohne Aktivität keine Veränderung. Und Jene, die das hier möglich machen mittels Hive Power, einschließlich Hive-Engine und Co, will ich ausdrücklich mit meinen Worten und Taten anerkennen!
Also warum nicht ein Nutzen des eigenen Hive-Kontos zur Voraussetzung machen, in unserer offenen Gilde sein zu können?
Gemeinsam Bearbeiten von Entwürfen
Eine andere Idee, die ich habe, ist ein Konto bei HackMD.io auch für jedes Spielerkonto. Dort lässt sich nicht chatten oder leicht benachrichtigen, doch dort sortiere ich Woche um Woche unsere Aktivitäten. Und wer dort mitmacht, kann meine Arbeit direkt und unmittelbar unterstützen. Beispielsweise könnte jeder seine eigenen Ergebnisse eintragen, statt dass ich allein jede Woche diese Handgriffe erledige. Ich hab grad auch schon eine Idee, wie das gar funktionieren kann, ganz ohne dass sich dort jeder registrieren muss. Nämlich mittels offenem Dokument. Doch ich vermute, wenn niemand von allein damit beginnt, hilft irgendeine Art Anreiz. Warum also nicht gar HackMD statt Discord nutzen? (Ich hoffe HackMD funktioniert gut mit Mobiltelefonen. Tut es das?)
Soweit der Social Media Teil, um in der Gilde voneinander zu wissen und in Kontakt zu sein. Mich interessiert tatsächlich, was Du dazu denkst! Ohne Rückmeldungen bleibt mir nur, allein Verbesserung zu finden.
Verbesserung von Splinterlands
Während ich mich nun mit all dem mal wieder beschäftige, ist eine Sache nochmal deutlich geworden, die mit einer Verbesserung der Ergebnisanzeige zusammenhängt: Die Anzeige von "Battles entered". Ich habe dazu inzwischen eine Anregung geschrieben und hoffe es wird gevotet und gesehen:
