After bad times everyone finds something good in his life. So those who can deal with bad times succeed in life and those who can't deal with bad times never see success.

I sit by the river to relieve stress. I feel so much better when I go there and my stress is reduced a lot. The beautiful surroundings of the river banks help calm my mind.

We all know that going to the temple makes the body and mind pure. So when I stressed I go to temple and pray God. I feel much better when I go there.

I try to laugh at myself in different ways when I'm stressed and try to be happy. We all know that actually smile our mind feel better.

How we manage stress determine out success with living and that's true. Listening to music , going away to a riverbank, sleeping, etc. Are good way to manage stress. If it works for one, it sure can help others somehow
