Tree and water theme for Reflections Hunters Contest~Round 53

For me nothing beats the feeling of being totally surrounded by the beauty of Mother Nature, I am hopelessly enamoured and continuously in awe with her picture perfect canvasses. She is my motivation to walk as often as I can.

Here is my entry photo for this Reflections Hunters Contest snapped when on a walk along side a pretty creek near the home of my daughter and son-in-law's home at Canungra. The photo was taken in the cool off the late afternoon when the bright sunlight was turning a deeper gold colour. I love the reflection of light effect on trees in the water. To me it is very captivating. I have to admit I have not seen such a dramatically pretty sight on any of the my previous walks.

Here is another photo I took on a previous walk, of sunlight reflecting on the water through the trees. I really like it too, and although it is a good reflections is not to me quite as dramatic as my entry photo. This photo was taken on a previous walk.

The creek water is very clean and home to water rats, platypuses, turtles and fish. I have yet to see a platypus and a water rat. But I have seen the turtles and a very pretty kingfisher bird that flew away before I could snap a pic. But, here is my last photo, being such a pretty clean creek I am forever clicking away.
