I couldn't eat frozen yoghurt since long time because there are not any shops available in my living area. However you reminded me again about the taste of it and I'll try very soon.

We make our own yogurt here. We boil the milk and then wait for it to cool to about 45 degrees. Then we put some yoghurt yeast into the milk. (The yoghurt you made before can also be yoghurt yeast. So we don't need a different yeast for this.)

After we put the yeast, we put a blanket on the container in which the milk is in so that the milk does not lose its heat. The temperature of the milk gradually decreases and in this way yoghurt becomes.

And yes, we mixed the yogurt we made before with strawberries and put it in the freezer, and we took it out once every half hour and mixed it more. It really tastes like ice cream.

Making own yogurt is super cool! I always wonder how to make it :) great you did it!

In here there are yougurt ingredients and tool for making yougurt but I never try.

Maybe later I Will try to make my own yogurt :)
