Stir-fried Corn And Beef 🥗🥗🥗

Stir-fry dishes always appear in every meal of my family because they are easy to combine meat with vegetables. Moreover, stir-fry dishes are cooked very quickly, it only takes about 10-15 minutes for each dish and we will have a delicious meal. If you don't have time for stews or brais, if you're tired of greasy fried foods or bland boiled dishes, I suggest you do more cooking stir-fries dish.😄 I really hate roasted pork, but when I combine pork with long beans or pumpkin, I feel the dish becomes unique. I don't like simple sautéed vegetables so I always combine meat with vegetables. The juice of the meat will seep into the vegetables and the vegetables will be much tastier. Here's a combination of my vegetables and meat: baby corn and beef. 😚🤗Baby orn is an ingredient I like to use on stir-fries. Baby corn is crispy, full of flavor, easy to combine with meat or seafood. You can adjust the consistency of this dish as per your preferences. If you only have 10 minutes to make a great meal, then you must consider this recipe.😘

1. Wash the green onions, carrots, corn and beef. Cut the corn into 4 equal parts. Chop the beef into small pieces, then mince the beef until you find it smooth (use a blender or use a knife). To make the carrots more beautiful I recommend cutting the carrots into florets.Hành lá, cà rốt, thịt bò rửa sạch. Cắt ngô thành 4 phần bằng nhau. Cắt thịt bò thành từng miếng nhỏ, sau đó băm thịt bò cho đến khi bạn thấy mịn (dùng máy xay hoặc dùng dao). Để làm cho cà rốt đẹp hơn, tôi khuyên bạn nên cắt cà rốt thành bông hoa.

3. Stir-fry beef for about 2 minutes on high heat, season with fish sauce and msg. Add the fried corn and mix well, continue to stir-fry for 30 seconds and turn off the heat. Add chopped scallions, transfer to a plate, this dish is delicious with rice. Corn has a sweet taste mixed with the rich taste of beef, you should try this dish.Xào thịt bò khoảng 2 phút trên lửa lớn, nêm nước mắm và bột ngọt. Đổ ngô đã xào vào trộn đều, tiếp tục xào trong 30 giây và tắt bếp. Thêm hành lá đã cắt nhỏ, chuyển sang đĩa, món ăn này ăn với cơm rất ngon. Ngô có vị ngọt hòa quyện với vị đậm đà của thịt bò, bạn nên thử món ăn này.

Beautiful recipe. Here where I live I don't find baby corn. Good combination of vegetables.
