Fish and tomato sauce 🐟🐟🍅🍅
I am a fan of fish, steamed fish, fried fish, braised fish, fish soup, grilled fish are my favorite dishes. This is my previous post, I bought a very big fish for soup, the rest of the fish I used to stew fish and cook fish with tomato sauce. I think this dish exists everywhere in the world, but the cooking method and seasoning in each country will be different.🤣 In Vietnam, dill is often added to all fish dishes, this helps to reduce the fishy smell of the fish and increase the flavor of the food. If the fish doesn't have dill, this dish won't taste good.😜

1. First you need to clean the fish with alcohol or salt, I usually buy cleaned fish at the market or supermarket. Rinse the fish with water to remove the fishy smell and blood of the fish. Fry the fish until golden brown on each side. When I cook fish with tomatoes sauce I usually fry the fish before cooking it is the way my mother taught me.
