1 kilo medio de catalana
1 Repollo
3 Zanahoria
Mayonesa
1\2 Aguacate
Casabe

1 half kilo of catalana
1 cabbage
3 carrots
Mayonnaise
1 avocado

Paso a paso | step by step

Comenzamos amigos lavamos muy bien las catalanas y le agregamos su toque de sal

Luego agregamos en una salten un poco de aceite y las freímos muy bien

Mientras se están friendo las catalanas fui picando el repollo y las zanahoria las dejo en el reciente un rato con vinagre para limpiar muy bien ,escurro muy bien y comienzo agregarle su sal al gusto y su mayonesa ,mostaza lo movemos y listo
