Smoking is not fashionable, it's time to run

Well, it's finally time to choose what I like best: smoking or running. In the end, I chose to run :)

He started this negative habit somewhere in 2004 and almost 18 years have passed since then, of which he has managed to run half marathons and marathons and smoke for the last 5 years. And instead of warming up before the race, I had to smoke 2-3 cigarettes to run the race and then smoke just as much. This year I decided to make the last one when I smoke. To make it more interesting for me to quit smoking, at the end of 2022 I decided to draw some registrations for some starts that ran in Ukraine and abroad, and every month (starting from January 25, 2022) also hold a small draw for registrations for various races.

He also decided to join a so-called "charity running" movement. I will join this movement in a non-standard way (you will learn about this from tomorrow's posts). Therefore, the reward I will receive for every 6 workouts at the end of 2022 (for the entire season) will go to the Return Alive Foundation, and the amount for every 7 workouts will be sent to the Tablets Foundation.

You will find out tomorrow how training kilometers/miles will be converted into money.
