¿Se imaginan tener un Colegio de Fisioterapeutas en el Estado Sucre? Ese logro histórico marco un hito en la Fisioterapia de Cumaná. Somos un nuevo gremio que nació con la Universidad de las Ciencias de La Salud y la Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez.

En Cumaná es nueva la Fisioterapia, estudiar está carrera no es solo colocarse un uniforme azúl y decir estudio Fisioterapia. Esto va más allá, es leer libros de anatomía y conocer absolutamente toda la biomecánica del cuerpo humano para poder atender a un paciente para evitar una mala Praxi.

Can you imagine having a College of Physical Therapists in the State of Sucre? This historical achievement was a milestone in the Physiotherapy of Cumaná. We are a new guild that was born with the Universidad de las Ciencias de la Salud and the Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez.

Physiotherapy is new in Cumana, to study this career is not only to put on a blue uniform and say I study Physiotherapy. It goes beyond that, it is reading anatomy books and knowing absolutely all the biomechanics of the human body to be able to attend a patient in order to avoid a bad Praxi.

Hoy, 17 de Mayo de 2025 se conformó el primer Colegio de Fisioterapeutas del Estado Sucre. Lo que antes no existía, ahora existe, como también existen leyes de la Fisioterapia que nos respaldan y que nos permiten defender el gremio del intrusismo. Fui una de las primeras de mi cohorte que votó para que se conformara el colegio.

Today, May 17, 2025, the first College of Physiotherapists of the State of Sucre was formed. What did not exist before, now exists, as there are also laws of Physiotherapy that support us and allow us to defend the guild of intrusiveness. I was one of the first of my cohort who voted to form the college.

Me emociona mucho esto, aunque deba pagar a contado 110 dólares a la Federación Venezolana de Fisioterapeutas para estar solvente. Espero que con Hive pueda reunirlos antes de noviembre. Espero seguir compartiendo más sobre Fisioterapia por acá, ya que ya soy miembro del Colegio del Fisioterapeutas del Estado Sucre.

I am very excited about this, even if I have to pay $110 in cash to the Venezuelan Federation of Physiotherapists to be solvent. I hope that with Hive I can get them together before November. I hope to continue sharing more about Physiotherapy here, since I am already a member of the College of Physiotherapists of the State of Sucre.
