Celebrando el Cumpleaños de mi Tío Carmelo // Celebrating my Uncle Carmelo's Birthday
Mi tío Carmelo es el hermano casi morocho de mi mamá, se llevan literalmente 10 meses de diferencia (mis abuelos no perdieron tiempo jajaja), mi tío cumple año y durante 24 días tiene la misma edad de mi mamá hasta que luego ella lo vuelve a pasar.
My uncle Carmelo is my mom's almost dark-haired brother, they are literally 10 months apart (my grandparents didn't waste time hahaha), my uncle has a birthday and for 24 days he is the same age as my mom until she passes him again.
Mi tío Carmelo no solamente es el hermano casi morocho de mi mamá, es su único hermano varón, ellos tienen 3 hermanas más para hacer un total de 5 hermanos, mi mamá siempre ha tenido una conexión especial con tío Carmelo, aunque debo decir que todas sus hermanas la tienen, es el consentido de todas ellas, pero mi mamá y él son uña y mugre.
My uncle Carmelo is not only my mom's almost dark-haired brother, he is her only male brother, they have 3 more sisters to make a total of 5 siblings, my mom has always had a special connection with uncle Carmelo, although I must say that all her sisters have it, he is the spoiled of all of them, but my mom and him are thick as thieves.
Mi tío no solamente es el compañero fiel de aventuras de mi mamá, sino que también es el mejor amigo de mi papá, de hecho mis papás se conocieron gracias a él, esa relación tan especial que ellos tienen hizo que mis papás decidieran convertirlo en mi padrino de bautismo entonces Carmelo no solo es mi tío, sino que es mi tío/padrino.

Mi tío vivió toda su vida en el estado Zulia, de donde son mis papás, pero por situaciones de trabajo y vida desde hace unos 2 años está acá en Monagas viviendo cerca de nosotros, es lo mejor que nos ha podido pasar, tenerlo cerca es súper chévere porque no solamente contamos con un apoyo muy especial, sino que siempre está dispuesto a compartir bajo cualquier circunstancia con nosotros y nosotros con él y su esposa.
My uncle lived all his life in the state of Zulia, where my parents are from, but due to work and life situations he has been here in Monagas living close to us for the last 2 years, it is the best thing that has happened to us, having him close is super cool because not only we have a very special support, but he is always willing to share under any circumstances with us and us with him and his wife.
Ya que los años anteriores habían sido de Pandemia y no era mucho lo que se podía inventar para celebrar sus cumpleaños no habían sido la gran cosa, pero este año decidimos hacerle un detalle especial entre mis papás, mi esposo y yo.

Invitamos a mi tío a comer una de sus comidas favoritas, la comida china, lo llevamos a un restaurante nuevo en la zona donde vivimos, este restaurante me gusta mucho porque sirven bastante comida y a muy buen precio, además sus platos son deliciosos, con dos combos de arroz chino, más dos raciones de lumpias y costillitas agridulces hicimos el almuerzo abundante especial y delicioso.
We invited my uncle to eat one of his favorite foods, Chinese food, we took him to a new restaurant in the area where we live, I really like this restaurant because they serve a lot of food and at a very good price, plus their dishes are delicious, with two combos of Chinese rice, plus two servings of lumpias and sweet and sour ribs we made the lunch abundant, special and delicious.
Logramos el objetivo de agasajarlo como él se merece, estaba muy contento y disfruto mucho su comida, mi mamá en casa también le tenía otra sorpresa y es que le había preparado su torta favorita, torta de zanahoria.
He was very happy and enjoyed his meal very much, my mom at home also had another surprise for him and she had prepared his favorite cake, carrot cake.
Después de comer fuimos a casa a cantarle cumpleaños todos juntos y a comer tortica para seguir celebrando la vida de mi tío Carmelo.
After lunch we went home to sing birthday songs together and eat tortica to continue celebrating the life of my uncle Carmelo.
Espero que este sea el primero de muchos cumpleaños más celebrándolos juntos, tener una familia tan especial siempre lo consideraré mi mayor bendición, muchos se encuentran actualmente lejos, pero a los que tengo cerca los trato de disfrutar siempre al máximo y no perderme nada de ellos, porque al final esos momentos no tienen precio y son los que duran en tu corazón y en tu mente para toda la vida.
I hope this is the first of many more birthdays celebrating them together, having such a special family I will always consider it my greatest blessing, many are currently far away, but the ones I have close I try to always enjoy to the fullest and not miss anything of them, because in the end those moments are priceless and are the ones that last in your heart and mind for a lifetime.

Jajajja no perdieron tiempo, pero mis papás tampoco jeje mi hermano y yo quedamos de la misma edad por 20 dias jajaja eso fue soltando a mi hermano y agarrandome a mi😂😂
Pero bueno por otro lado que rico que pasaron el cumple de tu tio bien unidos y comiendo rico, que la torta de zanahoria se ve riquisima por cierto🤤🤤
