Luego de la celebración que tuvimos por el CNP, unos días después tuvimos una sesión especial (un acto ceremonial) en el lugar donde trabajo, que ha sido algo que me ha llenado de mucho orgullo para mí puesto que es un reconocimiento a mi trabajo (y los madrugones que me he hechado jaja), de verdad me siento muy agradecida.

After the celebration we had for the CNP, a few days later we had a special session (a ceremonial act) in the place where I work, which has been something that has filled me with great pride for me since it is a recognition of my work (and the early mornings that I have done haha), I really feel very grateful.

Y para cerrar también nos llevaron a almorzar en un lindo restaurant de mi pueblito que, dejenme decirles, me alegra mucho comer aquí debido a que por la crisis económica muchos negocios cerraron en mi municipio pero ya poco a poco han ido abriendo y eso provoca un aire de nuevos comienzos y renacimientos en mi localidad.

And to close, they also took us to lunch at a nice restaurant in my town, which, let me tell you, I am very happy to eat here because due to the economic crisis many businesses closed in my town but little by little they have been opening and that causes an air of new beginnings and rebirth in my town.

Recuerdo que cuando terminé la universidad, días después de mi graduación, pensaba ¿qué haré ahora? lo cierto es que si, estudié comunicación social, mención: Audiovisual, debía buscar un lugar donde ejercer el periodismo, redactar noticias, patear las calles en busca de información pero realmente eso no me llamaba mucho la atención, lo que me enamoró de mi carrera fue el área audiovisual, crear vídeos, darle vida a mis ideas a través de imágenes y pensaba que aunque entrara en ese momento a un medio, no haría al 100% lo que realmente me gustara, tal vez hasta me sentiría estresada (la mayoría de mis pensamientos eran sobre que no quería redactar puesto que sentía que ese era mi lado más débil). Irónicamente caí en un ente institucional donde se supone que obviamente debía redactar noticias pero aquí me han permitido hacer mucho más. Admito que he intentado sacarle el cuerpo a la redacción de las notas de prensa pero se que debo mejorar en ello, al igual que en mi escritura en general. Pero, a lo que quiero intentar llegar con mi monólogo es que siempre tienes que luchar por lo que quieres y aunque pienses que llegaste a un punto de tu vida donde ya no sabes que hacer, lo cierto es que ella te sorprende; como dicen: la vida da muchas vueltas y siempre te va a guiar hacia donde debes estar en ese momento, tal vez puedas llegar a sentir que no estas en el lugar correcto pero si lo estas, te encuentras en la oportunidad del aprendizaje para llegar a tu siguiente punto. Confíen en sí mismos, la vida siempre les traerá cosas buenas. Luchen por lo que quieren y recorran todo lo que tienen que recorrer para llegar a su meta. La recompensa será inmensa, se los prometo.

I remember that when I finished college, days after my graduation, I thought, what will I do now? The truth is that yes, I studied social communication, mention: Audiovisual, I had to look for a place to practice journalism, write news, kick the streets in search of information but really that did not call me much attention, what I fell in love with my career was the audiovisual area, create videos, give life to my ideas through images and I thought that even if I entered at that time to a medium, I would not do 100% what I really liked, maybe I would even feel stressed (most of my thoughts were about not wanting to write since I felt that was my weakest side). Ironically I fell into an institutional entity where I was obviously supposed to write news but here I have been allowed to do so much more. I admit that I have tried to get the hang of writing press releases but I know I need to get better at it, as well as my writing in general. But, what I want to try to get to with my monologue is that you always have to fight for what you want and even if you think you have reached a point in your life where you no longer know what to do, the truth is that it surprises you; as they say: life takes many turns and it will always guide you to where you should be at that moment, maybe you may feel that you are not in the right place but if you are, you are in the learning opportunity to get to your next point. Trust in yourself, life will always bring you good things. Fight for what you want and go through everything you have to go through to get to your goal. The rewards will be immense, I promise you.
