Перше завдання у якості голови студпарламенту/The first task as the head of the student parliament (UA/EN)

Привіт, друзі.
Нещодавно я розповідала, що таки наважилась погодитись на посаду голови студентського парламенту. Як мені сказали, моя частина роботи почнеться з лютого, після канікул. Але як би не так.

Уже сьогодні, в суботу (на момент!) куратор надіслав мені завдання, яке потрібно вирішити до кінця вихідних. На щастя, глобальних планів у мене немає, але все ж...Ну ок, подумала я, всяке трапляється. То ж взялась за виконання завдання. На справді, діло не важке: надати старостам на заповнення контакт-лист студентського активу. Але цікаве почалося буквально одразу. Так як в нас змінився факультет, то і склад його теж зазнав змін. Раніше це був факультет "філософії та суспільствознавства", у минулому році він став "філософсько-історичним", де нас приєднали до істориків, і навіть перерселили в інший гуртожиток з-за цього. Тепер ми "Навчально-науковий інститут філософії та освітньої політики", ось так. І склад теж змінився. А прикол у тому, що студенти взагалі дупля не ріжуть, що відбувається. І я серед їх числа. Так що почалась плутанина кому треба заповнювати гугл-форму, комі - ні....Я, зрозуміло, що все уточнила у свого керівника - директоркою роботи зі студентами, і отримала відповіді на питання що до факультету.
Та щось мені підказує, що це лише початок роботи, і запитань буде дууже багато. Хоча, по-правді, мені подобається така робота. Навіть не знаю чому, але щось в цьому є.

Recently, I told that I dared to accept the position of the head of the student parliament. As I was told, my part of the work will start in February, after the holidays. But no matter what.
Already today, on Saturday (at the moment!) the curator sent me a task that needs to be solved by the end of the weekend. Fortunately, I don't have global plans, but still... Well, ok, I thought, everything happens. So she took on the task. In fact, it is not difficult: provide the elders with a contact list of the student asset to fill out. But the interesting began literally immediately. Since our faculty has changed, its composition has also undergone changes. Previously, it was the faculty of "philosophy and social science", last year it became "philosophical and historical", where we were joined with historians, and even moved to another dormitory because of this. Now we are the "Educational and Scientific Institute of Philosophy and Educational Policy", that's how. And the composition has also changed. And the funny thing is that the students don't give a damn what's going on. And I am among them. So confusion began as to who needs to fill out the Google form and who doesn't... I, of course, clarified everything with my supervisor - the director of work with students, and got answers to questions about the faculty.
But something tells me that this is only the beginning of the work, and there will be a lot of questions. Although, in truth, I like this kind of work. I don't even know why, but there is something in it.

Величезним мінусом роботи з людьми, а тим паче зі студентами є те, що вони часто туплять. Цей жахливий момент, коли ти просиш від людини одне, чітко їй пояснюєш, що треба зробити, а результаті отримуєш зовсім не те, що треба. Так у мене сьогодні було із поштою. Попросила вказувати в документі не особисту, а корпоративну пошту. І що ви думаєте? 90% вказало особисту. Я не знаю, чим можна було слухати. Тепер по новому кругу заставляти їх переробляти ці бланки. Ось так.

Та не зважаючи на це все, я рада, що погодилася на пост голови. Це довий досвід, який ніколи не буде зайвим. Ну а ще це доволі весело)

A huge disadvantage of working with people, and even more so with students, is that they are often stupid. That terrible moment when you ask a person for one thing, clearly explain to him what needs to be done, and as a result you get something that is not what you need. That's what happened to me today with the mail. I asked to indicate in the document not a personal, but a corporate mail. And what do you think? 90% indicated personal. I don't know what to listen to. Now, in a new round, make them redo these forms. Like this.
Despite all this, I am glad that I accepted the post of chairman. This is a long experience that will never be superfluous. Well, it's also quite fun)
