Gym Journey - The Introduction

Man.. it has been quite a while since I last uploaded a blog here on Hive.

Things has just been busy these days. And everytime I go home from work, I only wanted to sleep and rest my body off.

A lot of good and bad things happened lately in my life right now. But one thing I would like to highlight is, and have a soft introduction to ya'll is my GYM JOURNEY!

To summarize everything, me and my friend just got a personal trainer on our local gym place. We started last week, Wednesday, and it was kinda hard for me because my job ends at 12pm Philippine time, and my workouts at the gym usually starts at 7-pm-8pm Philippine Time. After that, I go straight back to work since my shift starts at 3am Philippine Time. Kinda hectic, and I really get to have that 10hrs beauty sleep. LOL. But at least, I counted my sleep for the day, I usually can still hit 7hrs of sleep. It's really just SOOOO tiring.

Why go to the gym, Anarkia?

Well, not only do I want to stay fit and healthy, but I also want to stabilize my mental health. Keeping me busy and distracted, and having a goal for myself really helps a lot for my mental health.

Depression won't get me anywhere. I'd be just that little couch potato, eating junk and crying myself to sleep every damn night.

Best decision for this year. Can't wait to share with you guys the results!
