Al transcurrir de nuestras vidas dentro de esta modernidad, nos cuesta mucho detenernos y pensar en nosotros mismos como seres espirituales, nos quedamos en lo meramente físico, es interesante hacernos esa pregunta, ¿Qué es la Espiritualidad para mí?.
La Espiritualidad para mí, son todas esas maneras y formas de conectarme con un ser supremo (Dios) que me llevan a experimentar mi ser espiritual .

As we go through our lives in this modernity, it is very difficult for us to stop and think about ourselves as spiritual beings, we stay in the merely physical, it is interesting to ask ourselves the question, What is Spirituality for me?
Spirituality for me is all those ways and forms of connecting with a supreme being (God) that lead me to experience my spiritual self.
Les cuento ,en mi vida buscaba esa plenitud ,eso de sentirse realizada como persona , pero no conseguía ese sentimiento de satisfacción, es así como lo espiritual de una u otra forma , comenzó a gritar dentro de mí, pidiendo esa oportunidad de poder crecer.
Pude conseguir a través de mi experiencia con Dios ,como crecía ese ser espiritual , gracias a una Espiritualidad Religiosa, que me llevó a tener un respiro y sentir desde muy dentro ,eso que definimos como alma, fue así como mi crecimiento espiritual y mi espiritualidad junto al servicio al prójimo comenzó .
I tell you, in my life I was looking for that fullness, that feeling of being fulfilled as a person, but I did not get that feeling of satisfaction, that is how the spiritual in one way or another, began to scream inside me, asking for that opportunity to grow.
I was able to achieve through my experience with God, how that spiritual being grew, thanks to a Religious Spirituality, which led me to take a breath and feel from deep inside, that which we define as soul, that was how my spiritual growth and my spirituality along with the service to others began.
Ciertamente cuesta un montón ,ponerse en los zapatos del otro , pero es a través de esa experiencia como podemos darle vida a nuestro ser espiritual , hacerlo crecer y sentirnos verdaderamente plenos .
No sólo somos eso que nos refleja el espejo ,somos seres complejos que a través de la Espiritualidad podemos llegar a ser seres realmente extraordinarios.
It certainly costs a lot to put ourselves in the other person's shoes, but it is through this experience that we can give life to our spiritual being, make it grow and feel truly fulfilled.
We are not only that which is reflected in the mirror, we are complex beings who through Spirituality can become truly extraordinary beings.
Te invito a Buscar esa Espiritualidad, esa con la que te sientas identificado, dónde te sientas que se unen el cuerpo y el espíritu, para formar ese maravilloso ser ,que transformará cada espacio que pise.
