Despedidas con Pizzas // Pizza Farewells

Como les dije esta semana mi hermano y mi cuñada, que pasaron un año conmigo, se regresaron a Venezuela de nuevo la semana pasada. Para que se asombren les digo que en menos de una semana comimos 4 veces pizza en diferentes lugares.
La primera vez fue en mi casa, mi cuñada quiso agradarnos haciendo una pizza casera. Ella la hizo mientras yo estaba en el gimnasio, para esto contó con la ayuda de mi hermano que hizo la masa. Cuando regresé de entrenar ya la primera pizza estaba en el horno y solo esperamos un poco para comenzar a comer. Quedaron muy ricas y aprovechamos para dejar un poco para el desayuno del día siguiente.
As I told you this week my brother and sister-in-law, who spent a year with me, went back to Venezuela again last week. To make you amazed I tell you that in less than a week we ate pizza 4 times in different places.
The first time was at my house, my sister-in-law wanted to please us by making a homemade pizza. She made it while I was at the gym, for this she had the help of my brother who made the dough. When I came back from training the first pizza was already in the oven and we just waited a little bit to start eating. They were very tasty and we took the opportunity to leave some for breakfast the next day.
Después, el fin de semana fuimos a visitar a unos amigos y cuando llegamos nuestros amigos nos dijeron que iríamos a comprar pizza y que yo tendría que acompañar al sobrino de ellos a comprarlas. Ya iba montándome en el carro cuando pregunté a donde las compraríamos y para mi sorpresa las habían mandado a hacer en la ciudad de donde habíamos venido.
Quiere decir que pasé de nuevo por dos horas de viaje, una de ida y otra de regreso, para ir a buscar las pizzas. Por lo menos valió la pena, las pizzas estaban buenísimas, me gustaron mucho. La próxima vez que compre pizza lo haré en ese lugar.
Later that weekend we went to visit some friends and when we arrived our friends told us that we were going to buy pizza and that I would have to accompany their nephew to buy them. I was already getting in the car when I asked where we were going to buy them and to my surprise they had had them made in the city we had come from.
This meant that I had to spend two hours again, one going and one coming back, to go and get the pizzas. At least it was worth it, the pizzas were great, I really liked them. The next time I buy pizza I will do it there.
La siguiente pizza fue el lunes, yo había ido a entrenar y mientras tanto mi hermano y mi cuñada fueron a resolver unos asuntos con la dueña de la granja donde trabajo. Como el gimnasio queda en el mismo edificio de la casa de la dueña de la granja, ellos se quedaron esperándome ahí con mi hija.
Cuándo estaba terminando mi entrenamiento llegó mi hermano a buscarme en el gimnasio diciéndome que habían comprado una pizza. Esta era de otra pizzería pero también estaba buena. Tenía uno de los sabores de Strogonoff de carne que nos encantó.
The next pizza was on Monday, I had gone to train and in the meantime my brother and sister-in-law went to settle some business with the owner of the farm where I work. As the gym is in the same building as the farm owner's house, they were waiting for me there with my daughter.
When I was finishing my training, my brother came to pick me up at the gym telling me that they had bought a pizza. It was from a different pizza place but it was also good. It had one of the meat Strogonoff flavors that we loved.
Para completar cuatro días de pizza mi hermano tuvo la idea de comprar otra pizza el martes. Yo me opuse porque ya eran demasiados días comiendo pizza y ya se salía de mí planificación económica mensual. Pero él me explicó que él pagaría y dejaría la mitad para comérsela en el viaje. Y así tuvimos otra cena con pizza. Esta vez compramos de nuevo con Strogonoff de carne porque fue un sabor que nos gustó bastante.
Y así transcurrió una semana donde comimos cuatro veces pizza. Todas las veces las tomamos como una despedida para mi hermano y cuñada. No sé como pudimos comer tantos días esta comida sin cansarnos. Ahora pasarán unos cuantos días antes de volver a comer pizza, puedo asegurárselos a menos que me inviten de nuevo jejejeje.
To complete four days of pizza my brother had the idea of buying another pizza on Tuesday. I objected because it was already too many days eating pizza and it was already out of my monthly economic planning. But he explained to me that he would pay and leave half of it to eat on the trip. And so we had another pizza dinner. This time we bought again with beef Strogonoff because it was a flavor that we liked a lot.
And so a week went by where we had pizza four times. Every time we had it as a farewell for my brother and sister-in-law. I don't know how we could eat so many days this food without getting tired. Now it will be a few days before we eat pizza again, I can assure you unless I am invited again hehehehe.
Para contarles por último algo que no es el tema del post, pero igual quería traerles, les digo que he estado llevando estos días que me quedé sola paso por paso. Siento que mi hija está sintiendo falta de sus tíos y no sabe gestionarlo aunque no diga nada. Espero que con el tiempo ella se acostumbre. Y con esto los dejo hasta otro post!
Finally, to tell you something that is not the subject of the post, but I wanted to bring it to you anyway, I tell you that I have been taking these days that I was left alone step by step. I feel that my daughter is missing her uncles and she doesn't know how to handle it even if she doesn't say anything. I hope that with time she will get used to it. And with this I leave you until another post!
