Al Pediatra visita periodica o de Emergencia || [ESP – ENG ]
Desde el dia Lunes Camilo ha presentado mucho moco, primero junto a una tos seca muy extraña y luego pasado dos dias, demasiado moco como pegado en la garganta, su sufrimiento mas grande es a la hora de dormir y el de nosotros como padre tambien al sentir que eso le causa como ostruccion a la hora de respirar, tenemos ya varias noches durmiendo muy mal pues el se despierta demasiado, y uno casi no descansa por el miedo de saber que no pueda respirar bien.
Cada vez que se enferma caemos en panico, pues no contamos con seguro medico, y ya sabemos la realidad de nuestro pais en el area medica, la pediatra la contactamos desde el mismo Lunes que empezo con el moco liquido, para poder atacar de una vez y no esperar que pase a mayores, ella nos cito para el dia de ayer Viernes a las 9:30 a.m.
Hello, hello dear community, today I share our visit yesterday to Camilo's pediatrician, who has attended him since he was 12 days old, his specialty is oncology, this time we have come as a regular visit and a little emergency because Camilo during this year has suffered too much from respiratory infections after having had COVID-19 as a result has been some sequelae especially in the airways.
Since Monday Camilo has presented a lot of mucus, first together with a very strange dry cough and then after two days, too much mucus as if stuck in his throat, his biggest suffering is at bedtime and that of us as parents also to feel that it causes him as obstruction when breathing, we have already several nights sleeping very bad because he wakes up too much, and one almost does not rest for fear of knowing that he can not breathe well.
Every time he gets sick we fall in panic, because we do not have medical insurance, and we know the reality of our country in the medical area, we contacted the pediatrician since Monday when he started with the liquid mucus, to be able to attack at once and not wait for it to happen to greater, she quoted us for yesterday Friday at 9:30 am.
Camilo mientras esta en el area de espera, esta tranquilo cualquiera piensa que hasta se lo disfruta porque corre, sube, baja las escaleras, pero no se diga que ya llegue el momento donde le toque estar cerca de la puerta del consultorio de la doctora.

La consultas con nuestra pediatra comienza con una conversacion para saber como ha estado el niño en los dias anteriores a la visita, y luego un intercambio de ella con el, para que vaya perdiendo el miedo, en esta oportunidad y por primera vez hace una negociacion donde saca una chupeta y le dice que si el no llora mientras lo examina, ese sera su mejor recompensa, Camilo emocionado por la chupeta a todo le dice ujum ujum señora, jajaja... y ella me indica que debo subirlo a la camilla y quitar toda su ropa para proceder a examinar.
Comienza con el proceso de aouscultar para escuchar su corazon y sus pulmones, y me dice que ella no escucha en pulmon nada pero que en sus vias aereas si hay demasiado moco que se escucha full, que necesita revisar sus oidos para ver si ha subido y pueda ocasionar alguna infeccion, gracias a dios nooo hay nada en oido, pero justo cuando ella va a revisar sus oidos el comienza a llorar, y le dice no señora por favor noo y comienzan los gritos, ya ustedes saben esos que hacen retumbar hasta las paredes jejeje... Y le dice si sigues llorando Camilo no te vas a ganar la chupeta tu y yo hicimos un trato, el intenta calmarse pero no su angustia puede mas. Es el turno de revisar su garganta y el responsablemente abre la boca pero entre suspiro y suspiro. Llega el turno de su parte intimas y verifica que sus testiculos esten en el sitio y que todo este en perfecta condiciones ya que en la ultima consulta ella no palpo las bolitas y habia mandado hacer un eco pues ella decia que si no bajaban muy probable habia que operar.
Para finalizar la revision le comento que Camilo se dio una caida y se golpeo entre las dos cejas que por favor me lo revisara pues tiene como una bolita y resulta que el niño se partio el musculo y que eso sella pero debemos hacerle unos masajes para ayudar, y me hizo incapie que no siempre debemos dejar pasar esos golpes pues se pueden posterior convertir en algo mas, que debemos estar atentos pues por su edad, ellos se suben y bajan sin medir riesgo alguno.

And she tells him if you keep crying Camilo you are not going to win the lollipop, you and I made a deal, he tries to calm down but his anguish is too much. It is the turn to check his throat and he responsibly opens his mouth but between sighs. It is the turn of his private parts and he verifies that his testicles are in place and that everything is in perfect condition because in the last consultation she did not feel the little balls and had sent to do an echo because she said that if they did not go down, it was very likely to have to operate.
To finish the revision I told her that Camilo fell and hit himself between the two eyebrows and that please check him because he has a little ball and it turns out that the child split the muscle and that this seals but we must massage him to help, and she told me that we should not always let these blows pass because they can later turn into something else, that we must be attentive because due to their age, they go up and down without taking any risk whatsoever.
Una vez terminada la revision, como Camilo no cumplio el acuerdo pues no se gano la chupetica y si lloro pero poco a poco se le va enseñando lecciones, ella dice que ya en la proxima consulta no llorara para ganarla y asi se va enseñando, lo receto para la infeccion en las vias respiratorias aereas y su proxima consulta esta pautada para el 25 de agosto de este año, nos hizo mucho incapie en vacunar a Camilo para la epatitis A y pues su costo es un poco elevado seran 80$ los cuales ya deben irse reuniendo pues esto si es urgente por lo que se esta presentando a nivel mundial.
