Some considerations on corporate social responsibility.
Dear readers, in previous articles I have addressed some aspects of sustainability in agricultural systems and the alternatives that must be implemented to become sustainable, achieving a synergy between the social, economic and environmental components. In this publication we will address aspects of corporate social responsibility to comply with the new paradigm of sustainable development, in that sense, Volpentesta (2012), mentions that the responsibility in a form of business management that is still in formation and aims to lay the foundations of responsibility and ethical commitment to reduce the negative impact on the environment and society.
In other words, social responsibility is based on corporate actions with the purpose of achieving a collective benefit awareness, which implies obtaining the participation of the community in order to actively promote the development of the region through the generation of innovative social solutions for the optimization of the quality of life of the families and of each one of the collaborators inside and outside the company.
This paradigm has become very popular because, at present, some countries are going through economic difficulties, which has negatively impacted the management and administrative levels of companies, causing them to constantly face various situations that directly affect their operation due to the influence of macroeconomic variables, resulting in the increase of prices of goods and services, causing a high level of inflation; According to Farias and Reinosa (2013), these problems should not only be attributed to economic changes but also to the absence of values and ethical principles.

Consequently, for a company to achieve ethical values and principles, it should increase its level of commitment to the environment, since the new perspective should be oriented towards the close relationship that exists between the success of corporate business and the perception of the community according to the degree of commitment that institutions project from a social approach. To this end, the effective management of corporate social responsibility can help organizations to minimize the negative impacts of the crisis and generate positive changes in business management in the search for improved reputation and competitive success. Thus, economic success does not depend solely on a strategy of increasing profits, but on actions aimed at the welfare of communities through the promotion of corporate responsibility.
Dear readers, corporate social responsibility aims to seek excellence in business, paying special attention to people and their working conditions, as well as the quality of production processes with the promotion of three indicators of sustainable development, which are the economy, society and the environment, i.e. they are not only economic centers, producers of goods and services, but also socializing agents, in which values, moral and ethical patterns are created, developing social and cultural processes.
