Los Sacramentos son signos sensibles y eficaces de la gracia de Dios y mediante los cuales se otorga la vida divina; es decir, ofrecen al creyente el ser hijos de Dios. Los sacramentos se administran en distintos momentos de la vida del cristiano y simbólicamente la abarcan por entero, desde el bautismo hasta la unción de los enfermos. Uno de los Sacramentos que todo cristiano católico contrae desde su niñez(en la mayoría de los casos) y que se conoce como la iniciativa de la fe es el Bautismo, el cual es el sacramento que nos inicia en la vida cristiana. Nos hace Hijos de Dios y miembros de la Iglesia. The Sacraments are sensible and efficacious signs of God's grace and through which divine life is bestowed; that is, they offer the believer to be children of God. The sacraments are administered at different moments of the Christian's life and symbolically cover the whole of it, from baptism to the anointing of the sick. One of the Sacraments that every Catholic Christian contracts since childhood (in most cases) and which is known as the initiative of faith is Baptism, which is the sacrament that initiates us into the Christian life. It makes us Children of God and members of the Church. Con el Bautismo quitamos el "pecado original" que cometieron nuestros primeros padres que fueron Adan y Eva. Pero el amor que Dios nos tiene es tan grande que él envio a su unigénito Jesús a la tierra para que muriera por el perdón de nuestros pecados. la Biblia nos dice: “El que crea y se bautice se salvará”. (Mc. 16, 16). With Baptism we remove the "original sin" committed by our first parents who were Adam and Eve. But God's love for us is so great that he sent his only begotten Jesus to earth to die for the forgiveness of our sins. The Bible tells us: "He who believes and is baptized will be saved". (Mk. 16:16). Para todos los católicos el cumplir con este sagrado sacramento se hace necesario para afianzar nuestra fe, y en esta ocasión fue el turno de nuestra pequeña ahijada Ysauris Maria mejor conocida como "Ysa" una niña muy dulce e inteligente quien tuvo la iniciativa de escogerme como una de sus madrinas. Cabe destacar que en este sacramento se necesita de la presencia de tan solo dos padrinos (hombre y mujer) quienes tendran la responsabilidad de cuidar, guiar y velar por el bienestar de su ahijado como si fuesen sus padres en caso que estos no estén. Pero en el país se ha vuelto costumbre de tener mas de un par de padrinos quienes tienen igual responsabilidad para con sus ahijados. For all Catholics to fulfill this sacred sacrament is necessary to strengthen our faith, and this time it was the turn of our little goddaughter Ysauris Maria better known as "Ysa" a very sweet and intelligent girl who had the initiative to choose me as one of her godmothers. It should be noted that this sacrament requires the presence of only two godparents (male and female) who will have the responsibility to care, guide and ensure the welfare of their godchild as if they were their parents in case they are not there. But in this country it has become customary to have more than one pair of godparents who have equal responsibility for their godchildren. El tener el honor de convertirme en madrina de Ysa hace aún más especial la relación que teniamos, pues Ysa es considerada mi sobrina al tener una extrecha amistad de años con su madre, ambas crecimos juntas y tenemos una hermandad construida desde pequeñas, al grado de considerarnos como parte de nuestras familias, ser hermanas de vida. El ser madrina de Ysa aumenta la responsabilidad que adquirí para velar sus pasos, estar allí si Dios me lo permite de guiar su camino bajo mis consejos, estar cuando me necesite. Así como mis padrinos me han acompañado en todos los momentos de mi vida, pues cuento aún con todos ellos vivos y siempre al pendiente de mi existencia y es así como quisiera estar yo en la vida de Ysa. Having the honor of becoming Ysa's godmother makes the relationship we had even more special, because Ysa is considered my niece since she has a close friendship of years with her mother, we both grew up together and we have a sisterhood built since we were little, to the point of considering us as part of our families, being sisters in life. Being Ysa's godmother increases the responsibility I acquired to watch over her steps, to be there if God allows me to guide her path under my advice, to be there when she needs me. Just as my godparents have accompanied me in all the moments of my life, because I still have all of them alive and always aware of my existence and that is how I would like to be in Ysa's life. Convertirme en una madre más para Ysa es tener una doble responsabilidad que con gusto quiero llevar, y digo doble pues no solo seré la madre de mi hija Ámbar ya que con el bautismo tambien tomé como a mi hija a Ysairis, el dar mi mejor esfuerzo y ser una buena reflectora para ambas pues con mi ejemplo espero ir inculcando buenos valores, que ambas sean unas lindas personas capaces de ayudar a los demás sin esperar algo acambio pues con tan solo sentir gozo en sus corazones sea un pago suficiente, que crezcan con las mejores anécdotas de su niñez, que aprendan a quemar sus etapas y sepan que el Tiempo de Dios es perfecto. Ser una buena madre y madrina le pido a Dios me conseda, que me brinde las herramientas necesarias para lograrlo. To become another mother for Ysa is to have a double responsibility that I want to carry with pleasure, and I say double because I will not only be the mother of my daughter Ámbar since with the baptism I also took Ysairis as my daughter, to give my best effort and to be a good reflector for both of them because with my example I hope to instill good values, I hope that both of them will be beautiful people capable of helping others without expecting something in return because just feeling joy in their hearts is payment enough, that they grow up with the best anecdotes of their childhood, that they learn to burn their stages and know that God's time is perfect.
