as usual, I did the same thing when the schedule arrived, after 15 days it was my turn to harvest oil palm fruit, that's the schedule I had set, as well as other farmers if the schedule for harvesting oil palm fruit was 15 days very,,,

at that time the clock showed 07.00 am, the sign was that I had to go to the garden to harvest oil palm fruit,,, I have prepared all the equipment, I just had to go to the garden, to go to the garden I used a two-wheeled carriage at that time I immediately leave....

long story short,, after I harvested the oil palm fruit, I went straight to the corner of the garden to pick the fern leaves of course for me to make a simple stir fry,,

maybe all of my friends already know what the benefits of this fern vegetable are, if in my place this fern vegetable is quite popular in rural communities in our place,

if I compare the taste or delicacy of the fern vegetables, the taste beats kale and spinach, if you don't believe me, try it....

if kale vegetables are cultivated in my place, as well as spinach vegetables, in my place there are also people who plant and cultivate them, but when it comes to ferns, in my place there is not a single community that cultivates them..
Why is that....????

because ferns don't grow carelessly... believe it or not, all of you can prove it, if ferns don't grow carelessly...
he only grows in swamps that contain a lot of water....

when I got to the location... I immediately went down and started picking the young fern shoots one by one, because when they get old they are hard and can't be eaten anymore, if the young ones are of course still soft for us to eat, one by one I picked them, as well as one by one I counted the number of fern shoots that I picked or what I took, the number of ferns I took was 178 shoots, quite a lot isn't it.....

because I haven't been to this location for a long time because it's been 15 days so the shoots have grown quite a lot so I took all the young ones..

At that time I enjoyed picking the young fern leaves, I didn't feel my hands were full, I couldn't hold my grip anymore because it was already filled with fern shoots, I finally saved it first or I tied it first, I took it good then I started pick it again,

At that time, it took me about 40 minutes to take my time at the location where the fern grows to pick it, because I took everything I needed to use so I had to go back home because it was noon....

because my work in the garden was finished,, as well as the fern vegetables I got, I rushed home... the fern vegetables that I tied the first time I wanted to enter it into the train seat, apparently in the train seat it doesn't fit ,, because the fern vegetables were too much....
in the end I put the fern vegetable into the bag, then I was comfortable holding it... at that time I went straight home..

as soon as I got home,, I was immediately greeted by my beloved wife,, because I brought home ferns, one of my wife's favorite vegetables,,

it didn't take long for my wife to immediately clean it and take the leaves or stems that were still soft for frying or for stir frying, after everything was ready,, just the cleaning stage, washed thoroughly because cleanliness is the priority..

my wife immediately separated the fern leaves from the hard stems, and I immediately prepared the ingredients or seasoning for the fern leaf stir fry, the ingredients are quite simple, friends, all of them can definitely make it at home...
the following ingredients or spices ....

well.... here are the ingredients and seasonings that I made myself... quite simple isn't it......
I took 3 cloves of onions and finely chopped them, then I took one of my tomatoes, I cut them into small pieces too, and the third or last one is cayenne pepper, I have prepared it in a plate of 20 cayenne pepper, that's depending on our taste, if our taste is spicy, it means adding more chili, but if our taste is not satisfied, it means the chili is reduced again, that's more or less...

after the three tools or the spices have been prepared, the last step is to write them down or fry them in the cauldron,, I apologize profusely, my kitchen is still very simple, please understand... as soon as the stir-fried fern is cooked, then remove it and pour it. in the plate...

and the last one is the appearance of the fern vegetables that have been cooked and I have served them on a plate,, sorry once again because the table is still very simple,,,
