My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2026
Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for sunday the 22/3/2026. Happy Sunday everyone. The sun intensity have doubled down now, we are gradually entering the rainy season though.
I attended our church service.and a close friend did his child dedication. At the close of service we accompanied him and the family to their house wherein we were entertained.
Later in the day, I watched the EFL Carabao Cup finals between Arsenal vs Manchester City. O'Reilly turned out to be the hero of rhr day, scoring two goals to ensure that City lifted the trophy at the expense of the Gunners. Kudos to Manchester City.
There were EPL matches on the day too. Newcastle United lost (2-1) at hoke to Sunderland. Tottenham Hotspur's struggles continued as they lost (3-0) to Nottingham Forest while Aston Villa defeated West Ham by (2-0).
