Meet the New Overwatch 2 Damage Character: Venture!!!

Today, I want to show you guys the new character Overwatch introduced yesterday. This is an operator for the damage class.

My first impression of this character was the attire, it is modest in my opinion and the weapon she has seems to be a driller machine. I wonder if it is heavier than Zarya's photon ray gun. Moreover, her clothes seem to have a lot of weight. This could make her a great rival for Zarya.

Next, let's begin with the abilities this character has:

• Smart Excavator: she uses it as a ray gun that has a range of short to medium.
• Burrow: She can move freely underground uninterrupted for a few seconds before coming back up with such a huge force that knocks back all the enemies within range.
• Drill Dash: She can use her smart driller and dash forward, pushing enemies back. It can be used to dash not only in the xy plane but also in the z-plane and at an angle upwards.

Let's look at her passive abilities:

• Role: Damage. Damaging an enemy temporarily decreases their healing received.
• Clobber: Quick melee deals move damage.
• Explorer's Resolve: Using abilities grants teamporary shields.

The Ultimate Move

Techtonuic Shock: She unleashes 6 shockwaves, much like Reinhardt's ultimate move, that affect any enemy in front of it except that it doesn't immobilize them.

Lastly

I played with this character for 5 games and 2 times with it. I must add that I didn't have the best stats in those games but the one below is somewhat decent.

According to me, a damage dealer must have(according to my gameplay): an attack with a long-range otherwise it would be very tough for her to survive behind the tank. A similar character is Symmetra but even Symmetra has a damage multiplier but this new character is seriously lacking in the fire power department.
