I need one App which allows me to write while reading.... Maybe in the future we could write in a screen with our eyes. I need it to catch most of the blooming ideas before they disappeared as soap bubbles or as the cotton candy fragments over the sky!

How can you write while reading, it's not possible. You need your eyes to read, same with writing. You can only listen while writing. Maybe an app that reads for you while you listen and can still write at the same time.
It looks impossible, yes; but I cannot avoid to have many ideas and minii-deas while reading...
