Finally I got a morning before 7 am!

I share here my first morning going out for a jogging before 7:00 am.

It is 24 days ago when I proposed myself to do exercise every day during morning and night time. This because I got bad colesterol on my last examination. That results shows me I was getting more and more lazy on my weekly exercise. Usually I was doing three or four days/week some jogging at night. But I was getting more and more lazy, at some weeks almost no exercise, one or two days going out. So I have decided to take profit of summer vacation and do exercise every morning and night.
On my previous post (but in Spanish) I am recording my every day score.
Last week was the first week I get easier out of bed, but impossible to do it before 7:00 am. Today I finally arrived to get out of home before 7:00 am; but also I get tired enough yesterday night that I go to bed at 12:20 am. Usually I am sleeping at 1:00 am or later. I score some more than 6 Km this morning. Now it is almost 9:00 pm; and still have some time to do my night jogging (after this post). So, until now I scored 18 Km with the additional walking during the day.

When I was coming back almost at 8:00 am.

In the mean time, this is my first morning at 6:30 am. I hope to maintain this schedule and later get before 6:00 am. before ending summer vacation.

Well, I will prepare for my night jogging!
