Bad or good weekend? This is how it influences me ✨🍃 | •Weekend-engagement N°189

Ever since we started preschool we have been told that weekends are generally for resting, or else to do some activity that you had been looking forward to the rest of the week, to relax or just to be at home and consiliar peace to start the next week in a better way.

Now, there can be an endless number of ways to say it was a good or a bad weekend! I guess this depends on each person and their way of having a good time, in my case a bad weekend is one that is surrounded by problems, where you can not rest, and therefore my week begins with low spirits, because although it does not seem I'm usually quite emotional.

On the other hand, a good weekend is the opposite, it is where I definitely recharge my energies, nourish myself with love and where without a doubt happiness shines in me. It can also be because I have been given some trip or plan that includes my loved ones or, well, it is also usually a good weekend that although we do not move from home, laughter abound, maybe play cards, watch a movie, undoubtedly satiate cravings eating delicious food. In conclusion, a good weekend for me, is summarized in quality time with my loved ones and with this, who does not start a good week?
