Crema de Auyama al estilo de @alicargofer / Auyama cream in the style of @alicargofer [ESP/ENGL]
Saludos amigos Hivers de la hermosa comunidad de #FoodiesBeeHive hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como preparar una nutritiva crema de auyama usando el agua de la carne para mechar, ya que es normal que la carne para mechar la colocamos aflojar y en esa agua queda muchos nutrientes de la carne y además el sabor, entonces para ello les recomiendo agregar al agua de la carne vegetales (perejil, ajo. cebolla, ajies, pimentos, sal y vinagre) para luego usar esta agua para preparar nuestra rica crema de auyama.
Greetings, Hivers friends from the beautiful #FoodiesBeeHive community, today I want to share with you how to prepare a nutritious cream of pumpkin using the water from the meat to loosen, since it is normal that the meat to loosen is loosen and in that water there are many nutrients of the meat and also the flavor, so for this I recommend adding vegetables (parsley, garlic, onion, chili peppers, salt and vinegar) to the meat water to then use this water to prepare our rich squash cream.
Ingredientes para la carne guisada:
- 1 litro de agua de la carne para mechar.
- 1 kilo de auyama.
- 50 gr. de Ajo.
- Sal.
Ingredients for the stewed meat:
- 1 liter of water from the meat to grill.
- 1 kilo of pumpkin.
- 50 gr. of garlic.
- Salt.
Preparación / Preparation:
Lo primero es lavar y cortar la auyama y picarlas en trozos para lograr más rápida la cocción.

Luego coloco el agua de la carne mechada en una olla y agrego la los trozos de auyama, con los 50 gr de ajo y sal, se pata mientras se cocina la auyama. Se saca la auyama para reposarla antes de licuar.

Después de reposada la auyama se agrega a la licuadora y se coloca el resto del agua con la que se cocinó para obtener una rica y nutritiva crema de auyama.
