Sinceramente tenia tiempo sin ver un caso como este, se trata de un Tumor gigante de OVARIO...

... ¡y si, leíste bien! algo tan pequeño como un ovario puede crecer de manera anormal hasta conseguir un tamaño monstruoso. Un ovario normal pesa aproximadamente 7-15 gramos y este tumor pesaba 12kg. Fuente

¡UNA BARBARIDAD!

La paciente había comenzando con sintomas desde febrero de este año y evolucionó muy rápido. Para la cirugía en mi labor como Anestesiólogo, soy el responsable de mantener la vida del paciente en quirófano, estar atento de las complicaciones que puedan ocurrir para poder controlarlas con técnicas y fármacos, como también controlar que el paciente no sufra ningun tipo de dolor en la cirugía.

El tumor ocupaba gran espacio de la mesa donde tenian los instrumentos quirúrgicos, y para poder para poder transportar ese gran tumor hizo falta algo mas grande que un tobo, porque no se estimaba lo grande que podia ser.

Gracias al gran equipo quirúrgico, la cirugía fue un éxito con pocas complicaciones que duró 3 horas y la paciente salió estable y ya esta mejorando, en espera de los resultado de la gran biopsia que hay que hacerle a ese gran tumor.

Siempre es importante prevenir llegar a estas situaciones, visitando o acudiendo a consulta con tú médico de confianza para descartar cualquier tipo de lesiones.

AN OUTRAGE!

The patient had started with symptoms since February of this year and evolved very fast. For surgery in my work as an anesthesiologist, I am responsible for maintaining the patient's life in the operating room, be aware of the complications that may occur to control them with techniques and drugs, as well as control that the patient does not suffer any pain in surgery.

The tumor occupied a large space on the table where the surgical instruments were kept, and to be able to transport this large tumor, something bigger than a bucket was needed, because it was not estimated how big it could be.

Thanks to the great surgical team, the surgery was a success with few complications that lasted 3 hours and the patient came out stable and is already improving, awaiting the results of the large biopsy to be done to that large tumor.

It is always important to prevent these situations, visiting or going to consult with your trusted doctor to rule out any type of injury.
