Hola amigos que gusto saludarles en este día, hoy con una receta fácil, un delicioso postre de Parchita o Maracuyá, este se realiza con pocos ingredientes por ende es muy económico, aquí el paso a paso.

Receta: Manjar de Parchita o Maracuyá
Ingredientes
2 tazas de jugo de parchita o Maracuyá
1/2 taza de azúcar o a gusto
1/2 taza de maicena o almidón de Maíz
Recipe: Manjar de Parchita or Passion Fruit
Ingredients
2 cups of passion fruit juice
1/2 cup sugar or to taste
1/2 cup of cornstarch or cornstarch
Preparación/Preparation
Paso 1
Primero debemos extraer la pulpa de la parchita, llevar a la licuadora con el agua , batir un poco y luego colar, de esta forma obtenemos las 2 tazas de jugo.

Paso 2
Agregar el azúcar al jugo y mezclar muy bien, reservar aproximadamente 1/3 de taza de jugo.

Luego llevar a fuego bajo, una vez que hierva, incorporar el resto del jugo previamente mezclado con la maicena.

Batir constantemente, hasta que tome consistencia espesa, por espacio de 5 minutos.

Retirar del fuego y colocar en un molde , llevar al refrigerador por aproximadamente de 2 horas, para que tome mayor consistencia.

Desmoldar y listo para degustar.
