Saludos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, espero se encuentren bien, es sábado y día especial para compartir una nueva receta,en esta ocasión un delicioso plato de pasta con carne guisada, con papa, zanahoria y con una variante especial, maíz tierno, y hacerlo más fresco, espero les guste.

Greetings friends from Foodies Bee Hive, I hope you are well, it is Saturday and a special day to share a new recipe, this time a delicious pasta dish with stewed meat, with potatoes, carrots and with a special variant, sweet corn, and make it coolest, hope you like it.

Receta: Deliciosa Pasta, acompañada de Carne Guisada con Papa, Zanahoria y Maíz 🥔🥕🌽

Ingredientes

300 gr de carne molida
1 papa
1 zanahoria
1/2 taza de maíz tierno
1 cebolla
1 tomate
Ajo
2 ajies
1 rama de cilantro
Sal, orégano y color a gusto

Recipe: Delicious Pasta, accompanied by Stewed Meat with Potato, Carrot and Corn 🥔🥕🌽

Ingredients

300 gr of ground meat
1 Potato
1 carrot
1/2 cup of tender corn
1 onion
1 tomato
Garlic
2 peppers
1 sprig of coriander
Salt, oregano and color to taste

Preparación:/preparation:
Primero vamos a lavar, cortar grande y colocar en la licuadora, la cebolla, tomate, ají, ajo, ajies y cilantro, con un poco de agua y licuar muy bien.

First we are going to wash, cut large and place in the blender, the onion, tomato, pepper, garlic, peppers and cilantro, with a little water and blend very well.

Luego vamos a calentar una sartén y agregar la mezcla anterior, condimentar con sal, orégano sal y color a gusto, cocinar por unos minutos.

Then we are going to heat a frying pan and add the previous mixture, season with salt, oregano, salt and color to taste, cook for a few minutes.

Seguidamente vamos a agregar la carne, renovemos y seguimos cocinando a fuego bajo.

Then we are going to add the meat, renew and continue cooking over low heat.

Después vamos a lavar, pelar y cortar la papa y zanahoria en cuadritos pequeños, agregar a la preparación, hasta que ablande.

Then we are going to wash, peel and cut the potato and carrot into small squares, add to the preparation, until softened.

Por último vamos a incorporar el maíz, removemos, corregimos de sal y retiramos del fuego.

Finally we are going to incorporate the corn, stir, correct the salt and remove from the heat.

Y así está lista nuestra carne con un toque especial de maíz, la cual servimos con pasta en forma de tornillos para un almuerzo delicioso.

And so our meat is ready with a special touch of corn, which we serve with pasta in the form of screws for a delicious lunch.
