Hola amigos de #Hive esperó que se encuentren bien. Hoy empezaré mi reflexión con esta frase.

Hello #Hive friends, I hope you are well. Today I will start my reflection with this sentence.

Siempre habrá alguien que te quiera criticar, No te pases la vida complaciendo a los demás tu solo vive.

There will always be someone who wants to criticize you. Don't spend your life pleasing others, just live.

Son las decisiones que tomamos, lo que nos atrevamos o no a decir, a negociar, a luchar o a replantear y las acciones que emprendemos con base a esas decisiones, las que nos llevan a vivir o lo que deseamos.
Nuestras decisiones pueden llevarnos a lugares correctos o a retrasar nuestro avance hacia a la meta que nos hemos planteado.

It is the decisions we make, what we dare or dare not say, negotiate, fight or rethink, and the actions we take based on those decisions, that lead us to live or what we desire.
Our decisions can take us to the right places or delay our progress towards the goal we have set for ourselves.

Cuanto más aprendizaje tengamos, incluyendo los errores, porque de los errores se aprende, más posibilidades tenemos a la hora de elegir, de tomar una decisión.

The more we learn, including mistakes, because we learn from mistakes, the more possibilities we have when it comes to choosing and making a decision.

Recuerda siempre que al final de tu vida lo que más lamentarás serán las decisiones que por miedo dejaste de tomar. Mientras haya vida siempre hay tiempo, atrévete a tener algunas experiencias que has deseado y que no has realizado.

Always remember that at the end of your life what you will regret the most will be the decisions you failed to make out of fear. As long as there is life there is always time, dare to have some experiences that you have desired and have not realized.

Evita tomar decisiones basadas en emociones negativas, toma distancia, respira, y cuando estés en calma, razona y considera lo mejor para ti, basado en lo que quieres y en tus análisis, no en lo que los demás te digan. Por favor, no permitas que nadie tome decisiones por ti, haz lo que creas correcto, confía en ti. Infórmate, investiga sobre quienes hicieron lo que tu quieres hacer y cómo lo lograron para que puedas elaborar tus propias estrategias.

Avoid making decisions based on negative emotions, take distance, breathe, and when you are calm, reason and consider what is best for you, based on what you want and your analysis, not on what others tell you. Please, do not allow anyone to make decisions for you, do what you think is right, trust yourself. Inform yourself, research about who did what you want to do and how they achieved it so you can elaborate your own strategies.

No es la decisión sino lo que haces, tus acciones, lo que ejecutas al respecto lo que hará el cambio en tu vida. No es hasta que vemos los resultados de una decisión que sabemos si fueron buenas o no. Si no resulta como deseas, haz que ese error te sirva de lección para tus decisiones futuras. Ten en cuenta que algunas veces las decisiones equivocadas nos llevan a lugares adecuados.

It is not the decision but what you do, your actions, what you execute on it that will make the change in your life. It is not until we see the results of a decision that we know if they were good or not. If it doesn't turn out the way you want it to, let that mistake serve as a lesson for your future decisions. Keep in mind that sometimes the wrong decisions lead us to the right places.

Jamás juzgues las decisiones de los demás, si no conoces sus razones. Las buenas decisiones vienen con la experiencia. No te detengas ni gastes energía en juzgarte, la vida es corta y es mejor seguir adelante. Cambiar tus creencias es básico.

Never judge the decisions of others if you don't know their reasons. Good decisions come with experience. Do not stop or spend energy in judging yourself, life is short and it is better to move forward. Changing your beliefs is basic.

Las decisiones de Dios son misteriosas pero siempre a nuestro favor.
Todos somos únicos e irrepetibles, no todos tendremos la mismas experiencias de vida. Atrévete a vivir tu propia vida y toma las decisiones que deseas y que consideras que son las más convenientes basadas en tu propia y única experiencia o en tus deseos.

God's decisions are mysterious but always in our favor.
We are all unique and unrepeatable, we will not all have the same life experiences. Dare to live your own life and make the decisions that you want and that you consider to be the most convenient based on your own unique experience or your desires.
