Amazing Nature - Mushrooms, wild plants & insects

While in the forest a few days ago I managed to capture some beautiful photos such as photos of mushrooms, flowers and fruits of wild plants as well as insects. The purple mushroom below is the Gymnopilus luteofolius mushroom, which is a mushroom from the Hymenogastraceae family which is purple when it is young and when it is in full bloom the color starts to turn purplish yellow.

I found some of these cool Gymnopilus luteofolius mushrooms growing on rotting coconut trunks. This mushroom also does not grow alone, but with several friends. Apart from its attractive color, another characteristic is that the mushroom umbrella itself looks rusty or looks like it has scales when it is young.

Then there are wild plants that went viral in Indonesia a few years ago because a young man in Indonesia cultivated this plant and successfully marketed it even abroad. The wild plant that I mean is called Latin Physalis angulata.

This plant is not too difficult to get, although not too easy either. Because not all areas are also overgrown with plants from the Solanaceae family on this one. And by chance when I was hunting in the forest I found this plant, of course I became interested in capturing some photos of the flowers and fruits of this wild plant which is known to be useful.

After mushrooms and wild plants that have medicinal properties, I also found a carpenter bee which has the Latin name Xylocopa latipes. These bees are often on wild flower plants in the forest to look for the nectar that is in these flowers. As for the nest itself, this bee usually hollows out dead wood to make its nest, so that's why it is named the carpenter bee.
