Should nominate someone else, or how does this work?
If it's just that he nominated someone else already, that's fine. People can actually have two chances to win with this one, one if they nominate someone, and another if they are nominated by someone else.

Hahaha, I understand, there are some standing contests that I've actually looked for an explanation as to how it works and can't find one that makes sense to me, but lots of people play them who get it.
