Hola hola, gente bonita de Hive. Espero hayan tenido unas felices mini vacaciones de Semana Santa. El día de hoy vengo a compartirles nuestra increíble experiencia viajando a Mochima por primera vez el último día de la SS2023. Con mi novio decidimos viajar para allá ya que desde hace tiempo queríamos hacerlo y porque nos merecíamos pasar un día entero disfrutando de la playa antes de volver a nuestra rutina cotidiana. Sin más que agregar, por acá les dejo mi experiencia🌞.

Hello hello, beautiful people of Hive. I hope you had a happy Easter mini-vacation. Today I come to share with you our incredible experience traveling to Mochima for the first time on the last day of SS2023. My boyfriend and I decided to travel there because we had been wanting to do it for a long time and because we deserved to spend a whole day enjoying the beach before going back to our daily routine. Without further ado, here is my experience🌞.

Este viaje fue pautado por un grupo organizador de eventos y full days llamado Team Quinta. Con ellos nos asesoramos primero con toda la información del viaje para luego reservar nuestros cupos. El día del viaje nos levantamos a las 7 am para trasladarnos al punto de encuentro pautado por ellos mismos. El transporte nos pasaría buscando exactamente a las 8 am en el punto de encuentro que era en un centro comercial de mi ciudad. El viaje de ida estuvo sumamente relajado, rápido y tranquilo, llegamos al pueblo de Mochima exactamente a las 9 am para luego irnos en barco a una isla llamada "Playa Blanca" para disfrutar de nuestro full day.

This trip was arranged by a group of event and full day organizers called Team Quinta. With them we first got all the information about the trip and then we booked our places. The day of the trip we got up at 7 am to move to the meeting point arranged by them. The transport would pick us up at exactly 8 am at the meeting point, which was in a shopping mall in my city. The outbound trip was extremely relaxed, fast and quiet, we arrived at the town of Mochima exactly at 9 am and then we went by boat to an island called "Playa Blanca" to enjoy our full day.

Al llegar a nuestro destino nos indicaron dónde tenían que ir ubicadas nuestras cosas. Minutos después de instalarnos bien, nos fuimos a la playa a tomarnos un par de fotos para después empezar a relajarnos y darnos un baño en la playa. Cabe destacar que el agua estaba extremadamente fría y el oleaje estaba bastante fuerte, igual eso no fue impedimento en nuestro día de disfrute. El mar estaba precioso ese día, amo cuando la playa está súper clarita y limpia, simplemente un paisaje precioso😍.

When we arrived at our destination, we were told where to put our things. Minutes after settling in, we went to the beach to take a couple of pictures and then started to relax and take a swim in the beach. It is worth mentioning that the water was extremely cold and the swell was quite strong, but that was not an impediment to our day of enjoyment. The sea was beautiful that day, I love when the beach is super clear and clean, just a beautiful landscape😍.

Luego de unas horas, los organizadores realizaron unos juegos con nosotros bastante divertidos y entretenidos para pasar un buen rato y hacer de nuestra estadía mucho más placentera. Rato después, mi novio y yo nos tomamos unas cervezas cortesía de los recreadores🤭.

After a few hours, the organizers played some fun and entertaining games with us to have a good time and make our stay much more pleasant. A short time later, my boyfriend and I had a few beers courtesy of the reenactors🤭.

El almuerzo fue una exquisitez total. Nos sirvieron un club house con papas fritas y su respectiva salsa, nos lo acabamos en minutos ya que habíamos desayunado súper temprano y veíamos la hora del almuerzo súper lejana😂. El segundo plato fue un almuerzo playero pero a ese no le tomé fotos. Tenía arroz, pescado frito con su respectivo limón, mini arepitas y ensalada de zanahoria y repollo.

Lunch was a total delicacy. They served us a club house with fries and its respective sauce, we finished it in minutes since we had had breakfast super early and we saw lunch time super far away😂. The second course was a beach lunch but I didn't take pictures of it. It had rice, fried fish with lemon, mini arepitas and carrot and cabbage salad.

A las 5 pm fue el viaje de regreso al pueblo para irnos a la ciudad. El viaje en el barco fue un poco lento ya que el mar estaba bastante picado y las olas estaban altas, pero gracias a Dios llegamos sanos y salvos al muelle para luego montarnos en el transporte que nos llevaría de vuelta a casa. Aproveché para tomar unas fotitos muy lindas de nosotros dos💕.

At 5 pm was the trip back to town to go to the city. The boat ride was a bit slow as the sea was quite rough and the waves were high, but thank God we arrived safe and sound to the dock and then we got on the transport that would take us back home. I took the opportunity to take some nice pictures of the two of us💕.

Este viaje fue espectacular y era lo que necesitaba desde hace mucho tiempo. Habíamos querido ir desde hace unos meses y por fin de nos dió la oportunidad para disfrutar de ese pueblito y sus increíbles aguas. Espero pronto volver🤗. Sin más que decir, por aquí me despido dejándoles una hermosa foto del atardecer en Mochima💛. Espero les haya gustado leerme, nos vemos en un próximo post🤙🏼.

This trip was spectacular and it was what I needed for a long time. We had been wanting to go for a few months and finally we were given the opportunity to enjoy this little town and its incredible waters. I hope to come back soon🤗.
