Excursion to Val di Sella - Trentino Alto Adige - Discovering Italy with alequandro!

Here is a post I forgot to do!
I was choosing which post to do when I noticed the excursion folder in Borgo Valsugano, in the province of Trento.

On that occasion I left with the intention of visiting a famous museum of natural works of art in the Sella valley.

Ecco un post che mi ero dimenticato di fare!
Stavo scegliendo quale post fare quando mi sono accorto della cartella dell'escursione in Borgo Valsugano, in provincia di Trento.

In quell'occasione ero partito con l'intento di visitare un famoso museo di opere d'arte naturali nella valle Sella.

This is Arte Sella, a place that I recommend to visit of great inspiration that contains various works made with living and non-living organic materials.

Unfortunately it is not allowed to take pictures, but I can show you the itinerary that leads from Villa Strobele, where you buy the ticket, to the open-air museum.

Si tratta di Arte Sella, un posto che consiglio di visitare di grande ispirazione che racchiude varie opere realizzare con materiali organici viventi e non.

Purtroppo non è permesso fare foto, però posso mostrarvi l'itinerario che dalla Villa Strobele, dove si acquista il biglietto porta al museo a cielo aperto.

The villa is very particular, it is also a work of art and around it there is the garden with some works of art that can be visited.

It is not the most interesting part, so I decided to proceed on foot to reach the center of Arte Sella.

La villa è molto particolare, è anch'essa un'opera d'arte e attorn oc'è il giardino con alcune opere d'arte visitabili.

Non è la parte più interessante, così ho deciso di procedere a piedi per raggiungere il fulcro di Arte Sella.

The road is almost all straight but if you don't have much time available, I recommend reaching Arte Sella by car.

It took me about two hours including the stops.

La strada è quasi tutta dritta ma se non avete molto tempo a disposizione vi consiglio raggiungere Arte Sella in auto.

Io ci ho messo circa due ore comprese le soste.

The path is very pleasant and along the way there are works of art sometimes even mitigated by the vegetation.

Il sentiero è molto piacevole e lungo la strada ci sono opere d'arte a volte anche mitigate dalla vegetazione.

The works you will find in this path are nothing compared to those you will find inside the garden-museum.

I recommend you google Arte Sella to get an idea of ​​what you will find. It's hard to be disappointed.

Le opere che troverete in questo percorso non sono niente rispetto a quelle che troverete dentro al giardino-museo.

Vi consiglio di cercare su google Arte Sella in moda da farvi un'idea di cosa troverete. Difficile restare delusi.

There are many beautiful hiking trails, but it will be for another time, I didn't have time. In fact, I had very little of it.

Ci sono molti sentieri per belle escursioni, ma sarà per un'altra volta, non avevo tempo. Anzi ne avevo pochissimo.

The weather was beautiful, I did not imagine that on the way back I would have rained in buckets!

The signs led me to believe I was almost there, but it wasn't! Even some people even if they had bought the ticket went back because they began to hear the thunder of an approaching storm.

Le indicazioni mi facevano credere di essere quasi arrivato, ma non era così! Addirittura alcune persone anche se avevano acquistato il biglietto sono tornate indietro perchè cominciavano a sentirsi i tuoni di un temporale in avvicinamento.

By now I was at stake, I would never go back, I was determined to visit Arte Sella!

There is a former hut converted into a restaurant with a beautiful plant tunnel where some people sitting at the table were having an aperitif.

Ecco, ero finalmente arrivato!

C'è una ex malga convertita in ristorante con un bellissimo tunnel di piante dove alcune persone sedute al tavolo, stavano facendo aperitivo.

I was incredibly thirsty but the storm was coming so I started running at the entrance of Arte Sella and luckily I was able to visit everything even if in a hurry. I took some photos but I can't insert them, I suggest you visit the official website: www.artesella.it

Avevo una sete incredibile ma stava per arrivare il temporale così mi sono avviato di corsa all'ingresso di Arte Sella e per fortuna sono riuscito a visitare tutto anche se molto di fretta. Ho fatto delle foto ma non posso inserirle, vi consiglio di www.artesella.it

There are pavilions that can be visited, a vegetable cathedral, sculptures...really a lot of interesting things.

Ci sono padiglioni visitabili, una cattedrale vegetale, sculture...davvero molte cose interessanti.

Despite a few drops of rain I decided to drink a beer and taste a slice of chocolate and pear cake, a goodness, I recommend it, I would go back there just to eat it!

Nonostante qualche goccia di pioggia ho deciso di bere una birra ed assaggiare una fetta di torta al cioccolato e pere, una bontà, ve la consiglio, tornerei lì solo per rimangiarla!

Then I started walking again and I realized that I was alone, there was no one around anymore.
After 15 minutes it started raining so much that I will always remember it.

I have never had so much rain in my entire life, but I was not sorry, I was so happy!
A memorable day !!

Poi mi sono rimesso in cammino e mi sono accorto che ero da solo, non c'era più nessuno in giro.
Dopo 15 minuti ha cominciato a piovere così tanto che me lo ricorderò per sempre.

Non ho mai preso così tanta pioggia in tutta la mia vita, però non ero dispiaciuto, ero felicissimo!
Una giornata memorabile!!
