Bueno amigos en esta oportunidad les comparto un delicioso pollo mechado por acá les muestro el como lo realicé lo primero que que hace fue colocar a sancochar la pachanga por unos 20 minutos, mientras la pechuga se cocinaba empecé a dermechar el pollo en tiras luego procedí a sofreír el pollo con cebolla y le agregué cubito y lo dejé cocinar por 5 minutos a fuego lento.
