Hoy vengo a presentarles un pequeño cover de "Hasta la raíz" de la gran cantante Mexicana Natalia Lafourcade, muy querida en Latinoamerica y en otras latitudes del mundo. Esta canción a pesar de que ya tiene unos cuantos años de haber sido lanzada (2015) siempre la siento como nueva ya que la escucho desde ese momento. En ese entonces yo tocaba en una banda de covers, y cuando vimos que salio la canción inmediatamente decidimos que la tocaríamos, y así fue...Por tanto esto me trae muy lindos recuerdos de esa epoca. Es una canción muy bonita con una letra muy poética que hace un poco de referencia a una mezcla de entre amor y melancolía.

Siempre le hago proceso a los audios para poder hacer que suene bien la canción, pero esta vez decidí dejar el sonido totalmente puro, 100% acústico...Un poco arriesgado pero quería hacerla así con su sonido natural, lo cual creo que va mas con lo que es la plataforma de #Hive como tal. Aunque es muy notable como los músicos acá han ido evolucionando y cada vez mas hacen trabajos excepcionales, eso me motiva mucho. Today I come to present you a little cover of "Hasta la root" by the great Mexican singer Natalia Lafourcade, much loved in Latin America and in other parts of the world. Even though this song has been released for a few years (2015), I always feel like it's new since I've been listening to it ever since. At that time I was playing in a cover band, and when we saw that the song came out we immediately decided that we would play it, and we did...So this brings back very nice memories of that time. It is a very beautiful song with very poetic lyrics that make a bit of reference to a mixture of love and melancholy.

I always process the audio to make the song sound good, but this time I decided to leave the sound totally pure, 100% acoustic...A bit risky but I wanted to do it like that with its natural sound, which I think is better with what the #Hive platform is as such. Although it is very remarkable how the musicians here have evolved and increasingly do exceptional work, that motivates me a lot.
