Nuevamente presente aquí en uno de mis favoritos contests en esta gran plataforma, el #HiveOpenMic donde semanalmente se expone una gran cantidad de talento y creatividad. Aquí semanalmente se escoge un tema el cual definirá la actividad musical de la semana, este tema es escogido por el artista spotlight de la semana. El tema de esta semana "Ethics + Freedom" fue escogido fue escogido por el maestro @esteliopadilla...Un tema bastante interesante y bonito y que tiene muchísimas aristas para expresar. Debo confesar que nunca he estado al pendiente de la selección de los temas, aunque siempre o casi siempre sigo los temas al pie de letra...Son temas muy inspirativos, y siento una gran impresión al momento de darme cuenta que alguien le puso mente y corazón a la creación de ese tema. Realmente son cosas muy interesantes y emocionantes las que se pueden encontrar y hacer aquí en el gran #HiveOpenMic.

Once again present here in one of my favorite contests on this great platform, the #HiveOpenMic where a great amount of talent and creativity is exposed weekly. Here weekly a theme is chosen which defines the musical activity of the week, this theme is chosen by the spotlight artist of the week. This week's theme "Ethics + Freedom" was chosen by the master @estelliopadilla...A very interesting and beautiful theme that has many edges to express. I must confess that I have never been aware of the selection of the themes, although I always or almost always follow the themes to the letter...They are very inspiring themes, and I feel a great impression when I realize that someone put their mind to it and heart to the creation of that theme. They really are very interesting and exciting things that can be found and done here in the great #HiveOpenMic.

Para esta semana vengo a presentarles un cover acústico de la canción "Un millón de amigos" del cantante Brasileño Roberto Carlos. Una canción de la que tengo memoria toda mi vida, creo que una vez la cante cuando era niño en la iglesia donde tome la primera comunión. Cuando leí el tema de esta semana inmediatamente se me vino esta mente a la canción, no se porque razón, pero me sonó esa melodía en la cabeza y quise cantar este clásico. Aun sigo teniendo muchos errores vocales después de todo este tiempo desde que inicie con esta nueva experiencia del canto hace casi un año atrás aquí en esta gran plataforma...Realmente ha sido algo difícil aunque sí he aprendido a dominar mi voz y hacer un mejor desempeño cada vez, pero aun me cuesta lograr cosas como coordinación al cantar y tocar, así como pronunciación (incluso en español) y entonación. Creo que lo que mas tengo que dominar son los nervios frente a la cam, ya que por mucho que la practico y suena bien, al momento de grabarla sale otra cosa totalmente distinta, pero esto es parte de la experiencia y es de las cosas que me ha enseñado #Hive y esta maravillosa comunidad de #HiveOpenMic.

For this week I come to present an acoustic cover of the song "A million friends" by the Brazilian singer Roberto Carlos. A song that I remember all my life, I think I sang it once as a child in the church where I took my first communion. When I read this week's theme this song immediately came to my mind, I don't know why, but that melody sounded in my head and I wanted to sing this classic. I still have many vocal mistakes after all this time since I started with this new singing experience almost a year ago here on this great platform... It has really been somewhat difficult although I have learned to dominate my voice and do a better I perform every time, but I still have a hard time achieving things like coordination when singing and playing, as well as pronunciation (even in Spanish) and intonation. I think that what I have to control the most are the nerves in front of the camera, since no matter how much I practice it and it sounds good, when I record it something totally different comes out, but this is part of the experience and it is one of the things that It has taught me #Hive and this wonderful #HiveOpenMic community.
