" Modo aleh ", con experiencias y sobre temas relacionados con ideas o reflexiones de mis investigaciones existencialistas.

Al ser mujer creamos una serie de oportunidades y metas que cumplir en el ámbito profesional, nunca nos detenemos para alcanzar el éxito. Cuando digo que creamos nuestras oportunidades, es porque muchas de ellas,
están prohibidas para nosotras y la idea es no detenernos por nadie para realizarlas , somos capaces de alcanzar todo y por eso este es mi post.

Derechos y abogados

Derivado del vocablo en latín " Advocatus " Qué significa llamado, proviene de Roma, donde inicio un grupo de personas que desarrollaban las leyes y proclamar reglas , para tener orden social y cumplimiento obligatorio . El poder femenino en el derecho, inicio siendo de familias pudientes estas mujeres podían participar en este consejo legal, Hortensia, Amasia y Afrania es una de esas mujeres que la historia reconoce como formar parte de abogados de la época. Igual fueron restringidas luego en foros por no tener el derecho de estar en disposicion de defender en tribunales.

Transcurrir los años, en Europa, siguió estas prohibiciones en la mujer, qué pudiera ejercer, en 1348, La leyes de Alcalá, hizo un veto, y solo hasta el siglo XX, España, Madrid, cambio estas restricciones en la mujer . En 1920 se envió la primera solicitud al colegio de abogados, para admitir a la mujer para ejercer el derecho , fue el 31 de octubre de 1921. En enero en 1922, qué hubo respuesta de la universidad , al fin puedo ser admitida en la facultad de derecho , esta primera mujer española fue, " Asencion Chirivella " , una mujer valenciana, qué no dejo de luchar por los derechos de la mujer a lo largo de su vida . A pesar de la espera y todas las dificultades qué existían, pudo entrar a la universidad en 1925, las matriculas era en su totalidad de hombres y era muy difícil de mantener por el machismo qué se vivía en la época, hoy en día, los números queda demostrado que son más las mujeres que asisten a estudiar derecho .

Fue la primera mujer abogada en la historia, mi admiración por su fiel lucha, de no perder jamás su propósito, la exclusión por un grupo de abogados, no determinó su carrera, sino la hizo famosa, si fuera Lidia , fuera reído y expuesto mis pensamientos como modo rebelde e inapropiado de la época. Su labor en el ámbito laboral, fue un camino para el éxito de la mujer, las leyes, los derechos y la independencia son algo que hasta el día de hoy se sigue luchando. Su historia da mucho aliento a lo realmente valioso que es estudiar y trabajar en lo que amamos y por lo que podemos hacer un cambio. A sus 65 años, pudo lograr el merecido reconocimiento de entrar al colegio de abogados de Turin, a quien quienes la ayudaron a su labor al creer en ella por ser abogada y no mujer, ayudo al pobre a ser representado, no tuvo hijos, no se caso, entrego toda su vida al derecho , murió a sus 94 años .

Existen en la historia, mujeres que cambiaron sin duda las leyes y la sociedad, al ser claramente pioneras en crear la igualdad y el poder femenino , donde claramente esto se volveria una revolución qué se volveria historia .

Parte de la historia de como cada mujer pudo ser parte de su desarrollo, independencia y voz, dando un cambio a lo que es ser mujer. Miles de dificultades y transformar los criterios masculinos de que ser una empleada, una madre, una hija, tenía el mismo valor y la decisión de que ser, podría ser solo nuestra.

The idea is not to stop for anyone to realise them, we are capable of achieving everything and that is why this is my post.

Rights and lawyers

Women's power in the law began with women from wealthy families being able to participate in this legal council. She was the first woman lawyer in history, my admiration for her faithful struggle, never to lose her purpose, the exclusion by a group of lawyers, did not determine her career, but made her famous, if I were Lidia, I would laugh and expose my thoughts as a rebellious and inappropriate way of the time. Her work in the field of labour, was a path to success for women, laws, rights and independence are something that to this day is still being fought for. Her story gives much encouragement to how valuable it is to study and work for what we love and for what we can make a change. At the age of 65, she was able to achieve the deserved recognition of entering the Turin Bar, to those who helped her in her work by believing in her for being a lawyer and not a woman, she helped the poor to be represented, she had no children, she did not marry, she dedicated her whole life to law, she died at the age of 94.

There are in history, women who undoubtedly changed the laws and society, by being clear pioneers in creating equality and female power, where clearly this would become a revolution that would become history.

Part of the story of how every woman was able to be part of her development, independence and voice, giving a change to what it is to be a woman. Thousands of difficulties and transforming the male criteria that being an employee, a mother, a daughter, had the same value and the decision of what to be, could be ours alone.
