Hoy decidí comenzar en el gimnasio, de seguir mejorando mis hábitos alimenticios, la verdad confieso soy algo perezoso para hacer ejercicios pero me gusta es una manera de drenar y a la vez fortalecer tu cuerpo darle amor y mantenerlo sano.

Hoy amaneció lloviendo en la fría Bogotá-Colombia así que decidí ponerme esta sudadera es cómoda para hacer la rutina y me cubrirá del frío 🥶 amigos.

Monday starts the week of new opportunities, to try again, to move forward, to start again. Today I decided to start at the gym, to continue improving my eating habits, the truth is I confess I am a little lazy when it comes to exercising but I like it as a way to drain and at the same time strengthen your body, give it love and keep it healthy. Today it woke up raining in cold Bogotá-Colombia so I decided to wear this sweatshirt, it's comfortable to do the routine and it will cover me from the cold friends.
