Cierre de Actividades en Mi Academia//Closing of activities at my Academy(ESP-ENG)

En sintonía con estas fechas navideñas, en esta hermosa comunidad que nos ha permitido compartir la magia de estos momentos que son únicos, llenos de amor y maravillosos, cerrando ciclos para comenzar otros, quise compartir cómo celebré con niños, adolescentes y adultos estas fiestas.

Los niños son el mayor tesoro y el mejor testimonio del amor auténtico, tierno y verdadero. Así lo viví durante este año con niños de 4 a 6 años. Es importante sentir esa energía y alegría, Amanda que nos puso en movimiento en estos últimos meses, todo quiere explorar, tocar, conocer. Juan, el atleta que le gusta dirigir el tiempo de calentamiento y estiramiento antes de comenzar la jornada, Fabián que nos sorprende con su inteligencia y facilidad para aprender, Karlysmar que se levantaba muy temprano y en varias ocasiones se dormía en la mesa de trabajo, Mauricio, que llegó temeroso y desconfiado, le tenía miedo a los perros y gracias al perro de Fabián pudo terminar el año superando ese miedo, bravo por Mauricio.

Bravo por todos los niños que han compartido este año con nosotros, los queremos mucho y agradecemos su presencia.

Este año los niños han aprendido la importancia de consumir frutas y verduras, evitando sustancias que puedan dañar o debilitar su organismo, y hemos compartido con ellos hábitos alimenticios saludables, hemos brindado con agua de panela con limón.

Otras cosas valiosas son las personas que nos rodean, he podido contar con un personal maravilloso. @aleluzco con los niños pequeños y Norma en Arte Creativo, que me ha ayudado a decorar y poner bonito mi espacio. Los niños que nos acompañaron este año estaban llenos de ganas de hacer y aprender, hicimos hermosas manualidades con ellos.

Con los niños de Desarrollo Personal, este año hicimos cosas maravillosas, el día de los animales, compartimos un hermoso video en el que dimos comida a los animales de la calle, también ejercitamos nuestra voluntad aprendiendo mejores hábitos, practicamos yoga y ejercicios de respiración, siempre apoyados en una sana alimentación.

Con el grupo de adolescentes he estado haciendo una tarea de autoconocimiento, hemos estado utilizando la herramienta del estudio de la personalidad que he compartido en mis posts sobre el eneagrama. Es muy importante conocer la personalidad para determinar mi rol en la Vida y estamos avanzando en ello. Algunos se han unido a la colmena como parte de este proyecto para conocer las diferentes plataformas y avances para monetizar y compartir contenidos haciendo lo que les gusta, como @isabellasofiarr y @andreablogg, que están conmigo desde pequeñas.

Todos son jóvenes con mucho talento, en un mundo de muchas posibilidades. Aunque cada uno tiene su propia realidad, lo más importante es que tienen el apoyo de sus familias que les animan a seguir adelante. Estamos en tiempos difíciles donde la economía es diferente y para un joven y para todos puede ser un reto, por eso la importancia en el acompañamiento para que puedan desarrollar sus propias alas basadas en la confianza en sí mismos.

Y lo mejor es conocer a las hermanas del Alma entre ellas @aleluzco, @yerf2712, @nina81 que se animaron a participar y compartir en Hive. El yoga es una práctica maravillosa que nutre el cuerpo y el alma, los animamos a hacerlo y a disfrutar de sus innumerables beneficios, es cuestión de proponérselo y apuntarlo en la lista de objetivos del próximo año.

Este año comenzamos nuestras prácticas a la sombra de un hermoso roble, agradecidos por todo lo que nos ofrece la naturaleza; la hermandad, la unión y la fraternidad son regalos que van más allá de la materia.

Con alumnas de las clases de Bailoterapia, tengo una profesora que todos los años nos anima a compartir y celebrar y es maravilloso como cada una pone su granito y armamos una cena deliciosa disfrutando de distintos platos y postres. El hacer las actividades de forma cooperativa nos demuestra que todo se hace mucho mas fácil, este año nos ha enseñado a estar mas unidos y apreciar mas esa unión y cooperación como una gran tribu que somos.

Para mi este año ha sido de grandes aprendizajes, de subidas y bajadas, de crecimiento y avance, de mayor consciencia. Encontré esta maravillosa comunidad Hive, que me ha permitido comunicar, conocer y ampliar mis horizontes, conversar a través de letras con personas de todo el mundo, demostrando esa necesidad de conocernos y establecer vínculos que va mas allá de nuestro entendimiento y es energía en acción.

Gracias a la comunidad @holos-lotus por este espacio de crecimiento tan necesario e importante, solo a través de la expansión de la consciencia es que podremos evolucionar y crear un mundo nuevo lleno de lo que el creador quiere para nosotros ,sus hijos Amados.

In tune with these Christmas dates, in this beautiful community that has allowed us to share the magic of these moments that are unique, full of love and wonderful, closing cycles to begin others, I wanted to share how I celebrated with children, teenagers and adults this holiday season.

Children are the greatest treasure and the best testimony of authentic, tender and true love. This is how I lived it during this year with children from 4 to 6 years old. It is important to feel that energy and joy, Amanda who put us in motion in these last months, everything wants to explore, touch, know. Juan, the athlete who likes to lead the warm-up and stretching time before starting the day, Fabian who surprises us with his intelligence and ease to learn, Karlysmar who woke up very early and on several occasions fell asleep at the work table, Mauricio, who arrived fearful and distrustful, he was afraid of dogs and thanks to Fabian's dog was able to finish the year overcoming that fear, bravo for Mauricio.

Bravo to all the children who have shared this year with us, we love you very much and appreciate your presence.

This year the children have learned the importance of consuming fruits and vegetables, avoiding substances that can damage or weaken their bodies, and we have shared with them healthy eating habits, we have toasted with panela water with lemon.

Other valuable things are the people around us, I was able to count on a wonderful staff. @aleluzco with the little kids and Norma at Arte Creativo, who has helped me decorate and make my space beautiful. The children who accompanied us this year were full of desire to do and learn, we made beautiful crafts with them.

With the children of Personal Development, this year we did wonderful things, the day of the animals, we shared a beautiful video in which we gave food to street animals, we also exercised our will by learning better habits, we practiced yoga and breathing exercises, always supported by a healthy diet.

We can say that despite all the events of this year 2021, beyond all the difficulties we were able to carry out our activities successfully, enjoying the company of children and their good vibes.

With the group of teenagers I have been doing a task of self-knowledge, we have been using the tool of the personality study that I have shared in my posts about the enneagram. It is very important to know the personality to determine my role in Life and we are making progress on it. Some of them have joined the hive as part of this project to know the different platforms and advances to monetize and share content doing what they like, like @isabellasofiarr and @andreablogg, who are with me since they were little.

They are all very talented young people, in a world of many possibilities. Although each one has his or her own reality, the most important thing is that they have the support of their families who encourage them to move forward. We are in difficult times where the economy is different and for a young person and for everyone it can be a challenge, therefore the importance in the accompaniment so that they can develop their own wings based on self-confidence.

And the best thing is to meet the sisters of the Soul among them @aleluzco, @yerf2712, @nina81 who were encouraged to participate and share in Hive. Yoga is a wonderful practice that nourishes the body and soul, we encourage you to do it and enjoy its countless benefits, it is a matter of proposing and write it down in the list of next year's goal.

This year we started our practices under the shade of a beautiful oak tree, grateful for all that nature offers us; brotherhood, union and fraternity are gifts that go beyond matter.

With the students of the Danzaterapia classes, I have a teacher who every year encourages us to share and celebrate and it is wonderful how each one puts her grain of sand and we put together a delicious dinner enjoying different dishes and desserts. Doing the activities in a cooperative way shows us that everything is much easier, this year has taught us to be more united and to value more the union and cooperation as a great tribe that we are.

For me this year has been a year of great learning, of ups and downs, of growth and progress, of greater awareness. I found this wonderful community Colmena, which has allowed me to communicate, to know and expand my horizons, to talk with people from all over the world, demonstrating the need to know each other and establish links that go beyond our understanding and is energy in action.

Thanks to the community @holos-lotus for this space of growth so necessary and important, only through the expansion of consciousness is that we can evolve and create a new world full of what the creator wants for us, his beloved children.
